[Read more letters about this article: Here]this whole thing rings false. the use of "Anonymous" seems totally justified, after all he's a current employee - just what the category was created for. but "spot on" is a britishism - no, not definitive, i agree. but something to perk one's ears up. it is completely a hatchet job - someone who has an ax to grind but little real knowledge of condolezza. then that fantasy world of the third reich. where did *that* come from? perhaps from a jew? perhaps from, none other than VM111111? with another snide headline? ok, maybe i'm getting too weird. it can happen. let's just say, this whole piece didn't ring true to me. and it didn't ring true to mellowtone's post either, and he actually *knew* her. there, she was ingratiating. why wouldn't she be equally ingratiating to her staff? iron-fisted underneath, of course. but to control "lifers" she'd have to be a *little* friendly, wouldn't she? not "icy" copying the post above.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]and many more were crippled. but then, you are right, it's still affecting us, after 150 years. after reading all those expatriates who can't stand the U.S. i find myself becoming oddly patriotic. Hey! Europe's not paradise, you know! and the U.S. isn't just one step from Purgatory. talking about health care, i want good (no, actually i want the BEST) health care, and here's a joke to go with it, not as good as maher. this guy goes to the most famous doctor, he's examined and treated. when it comes to the bill, he says, "i can't pay. i have no insurance and i live with my brother, who's unemployed". "why then did you come to me? you know how much i charge", the doctor says. "when it comes to my health, money is no object." you can see how OLD that is - you'd never get past the bulldogs nowadays. by the way, one of the Great Costs in medicine is that everyone with an MD after his name seems to require a harem of secretaries, managers and the aforementioned bulldogs. (doctors used to be *liked*, now they are just *rich*)

[Read more letters about this article: Here]the reign of terror cost 20,000 lives, dwarfed by the civil war's 200,000. but of course, those 20,000 were Important People, so that's what remembered. the civil war was religious, the anti-cleric revolutionaries versus the catholic church and peasantry. as the previous poster remarked, the revolution was straightaway followed by the "fascist warmonger conquistador napoleon" who crowned himself (negating - yet admitting, the pope's prerogative). nowadays france *still* has problems with religion. the U.S. due to separation, doesn't. that is a big difference - not whether you go to church or wear a hijab or not. periodically, the U.S. goes through bouts of religiosity - we are at the ending of one now. i think the U.S. has a LOT going for it. yes, it's too greedy - sentimental but not generous. but it is still *hopeful* and with cause.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]you can't talk about "today's antisemitism" like you can "today's anti-bushism" (as opposed to "yesterday's anti-bushism" of a decade and a half ago). this has been going on for three thousand years. of *course* i believe in arabs - and if a subsegment call themselves "palestinian" i believe in them, too. and though i despise moslems, i HATE europeans - they were far worse. they killed. the moslems "merely" taxed and humiliated and treated as nobodies (in shari'a, women are counted as "half", jews as "none"). but it's your last sentence, that i find most interesting. "You, and others, call it "anti-Semitism." I think you're slandering the Jews.". from that, i divine (sometimes, divination is error), you are jewish. you are a race-traitor. is that the worst? no. a nazi is the worst. but you CAN'T be a friend. because you are an ally of the enemy. the arabs know that. why can't you? do you think that if you are OH SO GOOD, they will FORGIVE you for being jewish? they won't - nor chomsky either. in the words of the immortal Florence Reece, "which side are you on"?

FUCK the nazis. who cares? we will win in the end. we just have to know who our allies are. and what the trend of the times is. and the net is all important. the net is for those who are capable of thought. that's all that's conveyed. and that's all we need. people worry about al qaida operating on the net. it's NOTHING. the connection between jews is what's most important for our race. for now, you are RealName. if it became IMPORTANT you would be connected.
