If you consider both of those things is it a net positive or negative. As far as I can tell without quantifying both variables you can't really come to a conclusion.

The only sexism here is where some women perceive any attack on a woman as being an attack on all women. Hillary has benefited from this sexism.
The real question is has the pro female vote made as much as an impact as the anti female vote? Until analysis takes into account both these functions it all just seems like bias to suggest that Hillary has been hurt or helped overall by sexism.

How do you fix this?
If you have the same physical tests for both men and women there would be even fewer women in the army than now.

If this were to be applied equally wouldn't that mean that a man could just take his child without the knowledge of the mother leave it at a hospital and also receive no punishment?
