Maybe the reason for Obama's extreme aversion to upholding the constitution and our treaties (geneva) has to do with a Harman scenario? Maybe some Cheney leftovers at DOJ or some creepy spies at the CIA or elsewhere have an AIPAC/Obama sex tape?
I would not be surprised at all.
Why is our US Senate offering explicit support for a "Jewish state"?
Are there no people of other religions/races allowed in Israel?
That's seriously screwed up!
Did you even read the article? How's your reading comprehension?
The amount of time it took him to drive is irrelevant. He was at Fort Detrick at "4:00 or 5:00 pm" and the letter, based on the postmark, must have been placed in the Princeton mailbox after 5:00pm. So the story that Ivins took leave to go mail the letters is obviously not true. It may be possible that he went later or something, but that's not what the FBI is saying. Based on this, I would guess that Ivins' alibi for that night is solid.
From 07-529-M-01:
"On July 18, 2007, a forensic psychiatrist completed a detailed review of Dr. Ivins insurance billing records for medical appointments and prescriptions. Additionally, this psychiatrist was provided with an overview of Dr. Ivins' social habits, interests, and obsessions. The forensic psychiatrist stated that based on his experience, if Dr. Ivins was the mailer, it is quite possible that Dr. Ivins retained some kind of souvenir or references to the mailing events."[sic]
Jean Duley in her written statements to the court:
"Dr. David Irwin his psychiatrist called him homicidal, sociopathic with clear intentions"[sic]
Dr. David Irwin is a forensic psychiatrist, apparently working for the FBI on this case. According to the FBI statement above, it would appear that Irwin had not even met Ivins personally, at least not at that time. Clearly he was not "his psychiatrist" as Duley insinuates there. Furthermore, I doubt that Dr. Irwin actually made those statements about Bruce Ivins. Something like that surely would have shown up in the released documents or would have been leaked, because it would have been much more convincing coming from a respected forensic psychiatrist as opposed to Jean Duley. It looks to me like all of Duley's statement came directly from FBI, who just used Irwin's name for more legitimacy.
David Irwin, like Jean Duley, is not responding to any calls from reporters, from what I've read. Come on Dr. Irwin. Let's hear what you've got.
Duley's notes from the court proceedings show "Dr. David Irwin" as a source for accusations that Ivins' homocidal tendencies extend back to his graduate school days. I'm not sure where the "S." came from, but I remember reading it somewhere. Is this the Psychiatrist she is referring to?:

He is listed as a forensic psychiatrist. If this is in fact the psychiatrist that Duley is referring to, has he made any comment on the current situation? Was he in fact Ivins' psychiatrist at any time?
Being a forensic psychiatrist, I would bet that he is in fact working with the FBI in the current investigation. The way the facts are being presented in the media it's as if this person had been Ivins' personal psychiatrist since his graduate school days. This is one point that could be easily determined and could seriously undermine Duley's statements to the court.
This point may have already been considered, but I haven't been able to find any details on it yet. If anyone can point me in the right direction, let me know.
