On a more hopeful note, John Conyers seems to have the same question in mind, and a plan to take action to bring Rove to account! THE DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP, MAINLY, NANCY PELOSI, HARRY REID, STENY HOYER, RAHM EMANUEL, AND OTHERS HAVE BROKEN THE LAW BY VIOLATING THEIR OATH TO UPHOLD AND PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION, AND THE RULE OF LAW! THEY ARE GUILTY OF CONSPIRACY IN AIDING AND ABETTING THE CRIMINAL BUSH ADMINISTRATIONS ATTACKS ON THE CONSTITUTION!

THE DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW, AND SHOULD BE INDICTED FOR THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES! ANY CONGRESS PERSONS WHO VOTE IN FAVOR OF IMMUNITY ARE AIDING AND ABETTING CRIMINAL ACTIVITY! What the citizens in this country, who support the constitution can do, is IMPEACH the crooked Bush administration! The second thing to do would be to prosecute the entire Democratic leadership in both the House, and the Senate, for violating their oath of office!

These Democrat leaders are aiding and abetting the criminal Bush administration by allowing criminal activity to continue, and doing nothing to stop it! SHAME on our so called representatives, for not paying attention to the voters who put them in power to restore, not destroy, the constitution!
