You're right. I depart gracefully, with Hillary in my heart. And small Hillary face tattoo on my bicep. (no shit)
Is now fatally crippled. It's a matter of what we do now.........It looks like we are going to proceed forward because if we don't, we are "destroying the party."
Shallow pan, brownie mix, a quarter ounce of........
He got the endorsement of the Black Panther Party and there is now some other Illinois figure with ties to Obama named Meeks that makes Wright look like Mister Rogers
From 6 up nationally among dems over Hillary to 7 down in 3 days........North Carolina, the one after Pennsylvania, has gone from Obama up double digits to a dead heat.
What "al-Qaeda" means anymore no matter who says it, in whatever context. It's become like a catch-all phrase. Used whenever it is needed to make whatever point is trying to be made.
Of the Lieberman-McCain correction I'd have asked----Hold it, you mean there's something not true about al-Qaeda?
How many people we've killed because they were "al-Qaeda", but they weren't really al-Qaeda. They said at his peak bin Laden had 10,000 guys running through those obstacle courses in those Afghan camps.
When you consider how faulty the overall intelligence was, you really have to balk at the on-the-ground, on-the-spot intelligence. It seems a convenient way for battling Muslim factions to fight. Report such and such as "al-Qaeda".
The church sold them.
Proves it wasn't the Clinton campaign and they are not race baiters. They do exhaustive research on opponents and if the church is selling them, the Clinton campaign knew about it and must have considered it out of bounds...........And if they had been the ones responsible they would have been used long before an almost insurmountable delegate lead by the opponent. It would have been used right after Iowa.
And their identical imitations of right wing-nut hysteria about the Clintons.
We could get blown out.
The Big-12 is better than the Big Sky.
When we kicked Grenada's ass.
Is crippled. Now we have to decide what we are going to do about it.
On Michigan and Florida. The initial agreement was based on the assumption of a candidate clinching early, even if Hillary thought it was going to be her. Now no one is going to get to the required 2025. So changes have to be made to make the 2025 or the popular vote attainable for either one.
And no one is going to get 2025. So the thing to do is change the rules.
No the Obama folks are the ones opposed to the rules. They want the nomination without 2025.
I recall a previous conversation with you where you were telling me how Hillary is despised in your state of Ohio.....What happened?
If we put forward the Obama campaign now, the game is over.
Misfired on his ego trip. Taking it in under your basket with 4 seconds down 1, 2 versus 15, you simply have to get some sort of reasonable shot. Even if it's a screen and a long one. Lobbing that ball up into the gut was an attempt to end it with some big coaching call during the timeout that everyone would be ass-kissing afterwards.
Very reasonable discussion. I was expecting the Obama supporters to play the nailed to the cross game.
Bush never went anywhere. He may be smarter than we think. Daddy Bush told him about this kinda stuff and they didn't want a passport file somewhere on him.
About travelling between taverns and bars.
Departed the United States in June 2006 and hasn't returned since.
You mean this commentary is not coming from the grounds of America. My God.
The whole world is bass-ackwards. Don't fight it.
The theme song in Denver should be that song from the movie TITANIC.......He can name Dicaprio as his VP.
Last night I saw something in a game, and I've seen the same thing every time I've watched a game where this situation arises.
Team A leads by 2 or 3 points. Team A brings the ball in bounds with 50 seconds to play. Team B under coaches orders, rooted in the philosophy of one-possession-game-doo-doo, plays defense and allows them to run the shot clock down and shoot-- hoping for a miss and then get the rebound and proceed with their last possession and tie or win if down by 2, or tie if down by 3.
First off, if Team A makes the shot with 15 or 17 seconds left in the game it's over. Second off, if they miss and offensive rebound it's most probably over. In this situation you have to start the fouling strategy crap the moment they bring the ball in with 50 seconds. It's not much, but it's the best chance.
Made and addendum to the proper philosophy (which almost no one employs) that when you are up 3 and the opponent brings the ball up in the final few seconds you foul and give them a one-plus-one or two free throws preventing the tying 3.
I've seen my last 3 pointer at the buzzer to win by one without reacting harshly against it---If you are up 2 and the opponent brings the ball up court in the final 10 seconds you foul them. This way you cannot lose in regulation time. These are huge pressure free throws and much different even for a good free throw shooter. If there is a timeout preceeding this scenario for discussion, you may want to refrain from the 90 percent shooter, maybe, but you play close man to man and if the ball is passed to or dribbled up by a 70 pecenter or lower you foul for sure. If they miss one of the free throws victory is almost certain. If they make both the game is tied and now YOU have the final possession with 6 seconds left to possibly win. If your last shot misses you don't lose you go to overtime.
The loss in regulation possibility when ahead with 7 or 8 seconds left is thus eliminated.
Somebody's gotta be checking out Wright's passport data.
