Blog And Radioland

Are filled with threats of not caring and not watching.

The school presidents have heard every argument and stood firm against playoff. And now the final chapter---the morons aren't watching.

That may do it. Although the authorities will probably insist on back to back years of insufficient team names and morons not watching.

The Intensity Of The Hometown Fan Grief

Would be in direct proportion to how good or important the player was. Tom Brady death grief would blow away third stringer grief.

We don't have the all the facts. It's best to wait for that to determine sympathy deserved.

A Couple Things Catch My Eye

1.) Break-in # one a knife was left on the bed. Is that random and meaningless or a statement?

2.) #2 the bedroom door kicked in then the shooting. Savage burglary by a random violent someone he didn't know, or someone after him for something?

A Machete?

What kind of mentality is that?

It May Well Be Random Burglary

The question would be in random burglaries where the burglar-burglars are surprised by someone being home, how often do they kick doors down to get at them, pre-fleeing...... I could understand if it's sudden face-to-face anything might happen.

BD

I'm just saying that proceeding through that door is very passionate burglary.

I'm Not An Authority On Burglary

But if I was to teach a one day instruction clinic in that career field it would include that if you are surprised by someone being home and they are on the other side of a door, high tail it out of there.

But Certainly

It could be simple burglary and senseless tragedy........Some numbskull thug who is as violent as he is a thief, and when his big score backfired he went ballisitic.

The Wetzel Plan Is Okay

But I say no more than 2 from a conference. Because the reasons someone would get more would be total bullshit..... "Oh the SEC is so tough their 2 and 3 loss teams take prioroty over others."

No Matter Who Plays West Virginia

They will be praying for fumbles. Which is possible.

If You Are Ahead 3-0 or 7-0

4th and inches, 5 minutes left, a 52 yard FG attempt is the wrong choice, much less being down 37-27.

A 52 Yard Field Goal Attempt

On my team only happens as the last play of the first half or last play of the game.

In Fact

If I am an owner I prepare a chart to present to prospective coaching hires. If they can't abide by it, I go on to the next interview. A game situation chart, sort of like the chart they have of when to go for 2......It would have stuff like 4th and inches, 4th quarter behind 10, no field goal of any length, you go for it.

Chip Shot

Shmip shot. It's asinine if you have a crystal ball and know it's going to be good beforehand.

The Only Debatable

Issue is what would have been the thing to do if it was 4th and 10 in that same situation, time and score. I still say go.

Come To Think Of It

The only serious field goal discussion is if the final Dallas field goal attempt was appropriate, 4th and 1 at the Green Bay 7 with a minute to go and Green Bay out of timeouts. Green Bays best chance at that point is a block kick return to tie it.

I Am Just A Dreamer

And Hillary is just a dream,

She could have been

anyone to me.

Before that moment

she touched my lips

That perfect feeling

when time just slips

Away between us

on our foggy trip.

Hillary is like a hurricane

There's calm in her eye.

And I'm gettin' blown away

To somewhere safer

where the feeling stays.

I want to love her but

I'm getting blown away.

No Insinuation Or Insult

But did anyone else find Ken Starr to be rather effeminate?

Friday, November 30, 2007 12:46 PM
Original article: Don't ignore Shtup-gate!

I Think The Funniest Thing I've Seen In My Life

Was when Michael Moore had those actors and actresses dressed up as Pilgrims outside Starr's house and as he came out to the car to go to work they were holding up crosses and Bibles hollering "smut peddler", "pervert"--refering to the Starr Report...and as the car drove down the street they were running full speed after it, in those outfits.

American Law Is Stupid

I noticed it's unpremeditated murder in the Taylor case. I suppose premeditated gets a stiffer sentence, maybe eligible for death or something.

If I break into a home with a gun, or go in to a gas station or bank with a gun with intent to rob, and someone ends up dead from that gun, that is premeditated in my book. In a group crime, for the guy who packed it and shot it at least.
