In the delay before the play you could see Dungy telling Manning to run it down to 1 second on the play clock and call a timeout. And obviously the plan was to try and get them to jump off-sides in the countdown down to one. In other words simulate a snap and try to fool them. I think technically the player movement was legal, but they were intentionally simulating a snap and got called for it. That is justice.

Here's the deal. Indy had New England at home. They played their guts out and had a 10 point lead late. They lost the game. If they win that game they have a strong shot at home field and a real chance to beat the Pats again.
Now they know their season, at best, concludes with an ass-kicking at New England. So they lay an egg at San Diego. There may be more eggs coming.
