Friday, April 4, 2008 07:00 AM

Sure

There's a bunch of attack dogs on both sides.....But of course the Clinton side isn't the one claiming to be the new spirit of unity and oneness.

Friday, April 4, 2008 05:41 AM

"a fresh new spirit of oneness."

God it gets DEEP in the Obama camp.

If I Was A Third Baseman

And the pitcher got the first batter out and go over to the mound and say----"Don't think about it. Don't worry about jinx. Just pitch your game. I'll keep every one else away from you."

That Would Be A Very Impressive Victory

For Candidate Obama........WE WON!!! YES WE CAN!!!!....(Minus Florida and Michigan)

It's Conventions That Got Us In This Pickle

Obama gave one of his honey-tongue malarchy speeches at a previous convention. And the over-emotional and breast-fed left wing of our party started screaming until they brought the tit back.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 10:20 AM

"They

are on their way in and no one can bring them back. For the sake of our country and our way of life, I suggest you get the rest of SAC in after them. Otherwise, we will be totally destroyed by Red retaliation. My boys will give you the best kind of start, 1400 megatons worth, and you sure as hell won't stop them now. So let's get going. There's no other choice. God willing, we will prevail in peace and freedom from fear and in true health through the purity and essence of our natural fluids. God bless you all." ....Then he hung up.

If There Was A Just Deity

I wouldn't have dropped and broke my glass water bong after a monster hit last weekend. Didn't even have any papers on back-up. Had to do the empty-and-fill-a-cigarette routine to proceed.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 09:51 AM

Bryan

Yes, if you didn't already know the meaning of is, the Clintons did teach you. There is no relationship, and there never was a relationship is two entirely different things.

I Can Imagine It

But there would have to be a plane crash involved.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 09:17 AM

Hold On There

I dumped on him for being for Obama.

My Deleteds

Were my 38th and 39th jokes about bowling and knee-capping in two threads. So I'd advise stopping the repetitions at 37.

You Can Count On Two Things From Conservatives

1.) Huge doses of moral preaching and judging

2.) And their wallet considerations taking center stage simultaneously.

I've Noticed The UCLA Coach

They play that suffocating defense, a stetch of 6 or 7 possessions for each team, UCLA makes a regular and a three-ball and outscores them 5-0 for the 3 or 4 minute stretch then he calls a timeout after the 3 pointer and sends the opposition over to the bench to stew on that for a couple minutes. You can see the frustration mount.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 06:57 AM

I'm still hoping to vote for both of them on one ticket, either one for the top slot.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 06:46 AM
Original article: King Kaufman's Sports Daily

It Has To Be At Least Conceivable

That you call a timeout, come back out and get outscored 12-0, but it was the right thing to do.

Mine too. I'm opposed to removal of posts for any reason. But I don't own Salon or make the rules. If off topic banter gets excessive it may happen, maybe even depending on the mood of the thread author at that moment. That's the way it is.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 06:26 AM

I Think This Is Much More Common

Than advertised. Many of the influential people going to Obama are doing so on the grounds that the important minority constituency cannot be angered for futuristic considerations. This is what we got, this is where we are, so we just have to go with it now in the general and hope our asses off.

It's a reasonable position to take.

I'm Picturing

The blob on the couch watching. Davidson calls the timeout and he stands and screams--SHIT, That's it. We had them--and he turns the TV off.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 06:16 AM
Original article: King Kaufman's Sports Daily

I Think As Far As We Can Safely Go

Is that if the other team makes a run after a timeout it was wrong to call it, and if your team makes a run after calling a timeout it was correct. If the score is 6-6 for a couple-three minutes after the timeout it didn't matter. Of course all evaluations are after the fact.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 06:01 AM

Although It's A Ways Off

There does seem to be one thing fairly certain right now. Obama loses Florida, Hillary would have a real shot.

Thursday, April 3, 2008 05:56 AM

Whoever Said It

Or didn't say it--after reviewing the up to date hypotheticals between Hillary and McCain and Obama and McCain in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida--there seems to be some substance to it.
