No

Florida is not a lock for Hillary. It's about 50-50...It's a lock loss for Obama.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 07:43 AM

If Obama Is The Nominee

We are conceding Florida. On that basis alone the supers should pick Hillary.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 07:41 AM

Obama's Speech

Last night had the tired, used-up flavor. Once you take away that dynamic, what is left?

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 07:39 AM
Original article: Obama can't close the deal

Whether It's 10 or 8.6

It's by more than Dukakis was landslided in his general.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 07:34 AM

Lynx

Obama peaked in a bunch of mickey mouse caucuses a couple months ago. Don't get mad at me.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 07:24 AM

It's All About

Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. On that basis the choice is clear--Hillary.

If you don't get 2025 you can't have it stolen from you......If you want to change the system where the most delegates short of 2025 is the automatic nominee, then propose that change for the future.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 06:53 AM

For The One Millionth Time

If Obama is the nominee and loses to McCain it's because Obama was an inadequate candidate, and the writing was on the wall beforehand.....It won't be Hillary's fault. Sorry.

Hillary

Needs to start pounding him on patriotism with steady ads now.

dave

Hillary is down about 200,000 votes in the popular counting Florida.

Like I Said

Hillary even whipped him in the speech game last night. Obamas rhetoric is getting old and tired and hollow. In the end he will have his groupies and almost nothing else. He has peaked.

She wins the nomination one way. If the superdelegates want to win the general. That's her only path.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 06:17 AM

Last Evening

I watched the results come in.

And from joy I wept.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 05:52 AM
Original article: What Pennsylvania tells us

This MUST

Be clear to superdelegates and something they have to consider strongly. If Obama is the nominee we are conceding Florida.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 05:50 AM
Original article: What Pennsylvania tells us

Regardless

Of what we do about the Florida delegates, we are screwed in Florida if Obama is the nominee.

Hillary

Is an absolute warrior, or warriorette.......She's making Olbermann's head explode. I love it.

HP

The question is how does Obama win the general.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 04:54 AM
Original article: What Pennsylvania tells us

Obama

Cannot win Florida in the general. And Ohio and Pennsylvania would be toss-ups. Hillary stands a better chance in all 3. Unless Obama gets 2025 pledged delegates this should rule him out, if we are serious about winning leastways.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 04:51 AM

Obama's Speech Last Night

Was worn out and tired, and there's 7 months to go. He's peaked.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 04:50 AM
Original article: Obama can't close the deal

Obama Can't Close A Sale

It's obvious where this is headed. One more resounding thud in the general. Hillary is the only one that can win.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 04:43 AM
Original article: What Pennsylvania tells us

What The Party Needs To Do

Is search out and find about 10 non-partisan pollsters and political experts in the field of demographics, voting patterns, etc, and let them start conducting a data base. And then report to the superdelegates about hypothetical general election results with Obama and Hillary. And we should go with the concensus pick.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 04:38 AM
Original article: What Pennsylvania tells us

It's Amazing

Obama's speech is starting to sound tired and hollow.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 12:48 PM

Obama

Needs to forget about all this crap and start sucking up to Hillary right now to be his VP....He stands no chance without her.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:55 AM

I'm For Hillary Big Time

But I pray whatever case she is making to the superdelegates, that she doesn't sink to blackmail.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:43 AM

In Fact

The end of this saga may be people approaching Obama at the convention telling him that his mouthy groupies have pissed off the Hillary camp so bad, he has to offer her the VP.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:40 AM

Sorry Charlie

If you can threaten not to vote democratic for your reasons we can too, for ours.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:39 AM

Get As Many People Together?

Both sides of your mouth my boy. First you threaten not vote democratic anymore against your own self interest, next thing you are bitching at Hillary supporters who may do the same.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:28 AM

Listen Here Democratic Party

If Obama farts, you say it smells like roses, or we ain't voting democratic anymore.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:26 AM

HP

So the Obama campaign is blackmail?

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:15 AM

In Fact

If Obama was to win the general, it could be 3 years in to his presidency and Hillary will be coming at him about getting the troops out of Iraq.....LMAO.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:12 AM

Hillary Could Come Out Of This

Stronger. She's warned about Mr. Speechgiver and the hot air. If he flops......

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 09:04 AM

Actually Hillary Is Still Viable

In the future no matter what happens, at 60 years old and counting.........Obama loses the general and he is finished, young.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 08:52 AM

And She Could Win In 2012

Even if Obama is the sitting President. He's preached a lot of hope and change. He flops, she'll come at him in the next primaries.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 08:50 AM

Destroy The Party

Destroy the party. Destroy the party........Like frickin' robots.........If Obama loses the general it's because of Obama.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 08:31 AM

How can she win?

In 2012.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 06:59 AM

I Love This Outrage

About Hillary's comments on Iran........If Iran was to become nuclear and launch a nuke anywhere, their entire country would be obliterated. Period.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 06:30 AM

Actually

Hillary is the one who showed how it's done. These campaigns watch the media like hawks. I'm sure Hillary is well aware that Olbermann is pro-Obama, but she appeared anyhow and took what I'm sure she realized was going to be heat. And she maintained composure. Likewise she has the guts to appear on FOX, unlike some others, not mentioning any names.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 06:18 AM

I Remember

Tough guy Olbermann when the Wright story broke....He had Obama live on his show kissing his ass and helping him spin. Kid gloves all the way.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 06:17 AM

Yes

In the Hillary interview Olbewrmann showed the rest of the media what he shows them every night....how to be a total Obama lackey and ass-kisser.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 05:56 AM

So Now We Head To The General

With Reverend Wright and Michael Moore handcuffed to us.........I swear the left wing of our party lives up to the jackass symbol more each election.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 05:44 AM

If Obama Is The Nominee

Without Hillary as VP, he's a loser.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 05:39 AM

I'm Not Going To Sulk No Matter What

Don't tell me you are waiting for Obama to change your life.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008 05:16 AM

HP

She wins by telling you "I told you so" after the Obama defeat in November.

Monday, April 21, 2008 10:29 AM

He's Gonna Need Hillary

On the ticket with him, or he's toast.

Obama is an automatic loser in Florida in the general...........and he's not an automatic winner in Ohio Or Penn either.

Wrong On Florida

Obama has no chance there. None. Hillary does.

Monday, April 21, 2008 10:06 AM

Killed Her?

She's polling even with Obama nationally among dems and equal in head to head hypotheticals versus McCain..........In fact she looks superior in some of the electoral college hypos right now.

Monday, April 21, 2008 09:52 AM
Original article: Campaign roundup

It's Really Embarrassing

Obama lost New York big, California big, New Jersey big, Texas, Ohio big, he's getting ready to lose Pennsylvania, and Florida and Michigan didn't count..........What a breath-taking victory.

Monday, April 21, 2008 09:49 AM

Obama Won Texas

In the 2008 democratic primary the same way Bush won the Whitehouse in 2000.

Monday, April 21, 2008 09:47 AM
Original article: Campaign roundup

If He Had Actually Won Texas

The superdelegates probably would have ended it then. Everybody knows he lost.

He lost Texas

The general election is based on popular vote.
