Is naming your next Obama Tupac Mao Goldstein?

Just asking.

zilch is zilch

Lots of people 'write books'. It doesn't mean they're more qualified for high elected office in a deliberative body than anyone else. Unless you're suggesting an academic aristocracy as the requirement for holding public office.

No NASCAR?

No cancellation of 2009 AFL? No colleges going after GRADE SCHOOLERS for BBall prospects?

Well they didn't name him "Swallow"

They couldn't.

Original article: Blago's bold Burris move

The Race Card trumps all

You can't say no to an AA Senator. Sorry. Blago Wins. There will be no impeachment and the criminal trial, if there is one will end in deadlock and failure for Fitz. Blago might be a crook but he's not a dumb crook.

Saloniks are crying into their tofu smoothies now.

I like the idea of the world's first fully functional terrorist state

That uses terrorism as a bona fide legitimate tool of domestic and foreign policy. Those 'debates' in the UN will be fascinating to watch as the ambassador from Gaza shoots the ambassador from France right there and then defends it because Allah told him too while the non aligned bloc cheers.

I also rather like the idea a fully independent Palestinian state or states. They will find that having and running the country consists of somewhat more than criminal thuggery and waving an AK over your head.

You bring the smores we'll watch it burn to the ground.

Let's unpack that

According to Salon the ONLY qualification for anyone in this seat is, "Are they radically feminist enough"

End of story, full stop.
