Original article: For girls, a major bummer

Why don't we frame the debate like the AAUW does for College.

I would like to see what the wage gap is for white women, as compared for instance to Latina, or African-American women. The AAUW stated that regarding college, there is no boy crisis, but there is a crisis regarding boys of color. The media quickly picked up on that nonsense and ran with it. As Alexander Russo wrote, "Women's Group Says Boys Not In Crisis; Female Reporters Agree." Then we can say, "Don't worry, there is no real wage gap. It's just the people of color."

When studies of gender wage gaps take into account choices made by each gender, such as analyzing absentism, hours worked, occupational choice, and maternity leave, the wage gap is neglible. No one can argue that the trend in women's earnings is on an upward slope, and that for men they have stagnated. Furthermore, if we were to compare the wages of yonger women, that gap closes even further.

As for "supporting" girls to partake in sporting activities that involve more spacial relations, I find this kind of logic the most trouble of all. When I was growing up, no one had to "encourage" my lower middle class, and working class friends to get out on the streets and play sports. It was in their DNA. I refuse to believe that the answer to the wage gap problem is throwing even more resources at girls.

Now that we have a generation of young boys addicted to computers and gaming (turning them into soft idiots) which I term a public health hazard, I will not be surprised when the accoumplishments of girls and women far outstrip those of boys and men. What will our society do in the circumstance? Nothing.

Two Kinds of People in this World

Those who've had kids, and those that haven't. Those with kids have a broader perspective of what is important in this world, in my humble opinion.

Who?

I'm an adult. I don't follow the exploits of 16 year olds.

If you build your carrer on your husbands shoulders...;

...or on his fortune, don't be expected to be taken seriously. When political women are representative of a demographic other than the wives of billionaires, they will be taken seriously.

I assume all these "man men" posts

are part of the advertising contract that resulted in "Mad Men" popping up on the side of the screen.

We have a winner

"It's just more torture porn

And an attempt to find a sympathetic torturer, to give Tarantino some cover for doing what he always does - make movies all about enjoying hurting people. It's sick. But it's got nothing to do with Jews and Germans - they're used as an excuse for what Tarentino would do anyway."

Bingo. Tarantino is a sick fuck. He needs psychiatric help. Nothing he does is art. Even his most acclaimed movies, suck.

silly post

Affirmative defenses are pretty standardized. The attorney would have thrown in every consceivable defense and affirmative defense.

Yes. It may educate some men...

...gay men. I hate to break it to you, but Esquire, GQ, Men's Health and all the "Lad Mags" are pretty much gay magazines. Any person that looks through the magz will realize that for all the articles about fucking hot girlz, there are about 75 pics of semi-nude men doing their best gay face.

Is anyone else getting sick of these Mad Men postings?

I feel like the are analogous to product placements in movies.

She wanted to procreate...

...so something is wrong with her? I know we are all supposed to be cheering late term abortion and DINKs and all, but reproducing is something all living things do. It is a biological imperative. If you think she's mentall ill, which she may be, then she is more deserving of our sympathies than the knee jerk digust that she constantly recieves.

She's a good mother? Good for her.

Fame Quest?

Maybe. What are the rewards for being famous. Many. She didn't want to be a vanilla, girl next door, thinking her socially acceptable correct thoughts and conforming to progressive ideals of the upper-middle class society, cultivating their indignities and victimization. You don't like kids, don't have one. "It's a choice between her and her doctor," so I've been told.

Let's not forget...

The most important reason to have sex segregates sports is to support the Title IX industry. How else would they promulgate the fiction that women are equally as interested in sports and boys?

If women did start playing sports more than guys, how would these industries survive? What are all those women's studies majors going to do? What will happen that advocacy research and the ubiquitous use of the term "pedagogy"?

Well, I guess they can go the same route as the AAUW, and lie their way to relevancy.

Having been in two porn films...

...I know that if you follow the rules, it is perfectly safe to have sex without a condom. At least in Cali. I did the shoots in So*Cal. You are required to get an STD test the day before the shoot. All the "talent" (yes, the call them talent), goes down AIM (www.aim-med.org/) and they ask you if you are there for personal reason are are you talent. If you say talent, they ask if this is your first shoot. If the answer is "Yes," they have a nurse practitioner take you into a room and give you a lecture about your rights, how to protect your health, and what to expect. You get the STD test, and the results are available the next day. You either get a certificated result sheet, or the porn company will have an account to look up your results.

So...you f*cking Victorian Moralists, keep your f*cking politics off my body.

@biketune

"...porn industry is financially crumbling due to the vast number of plain folk happy to exhibit themselves on sites such as youporn.com..."

__________

Yes and no. There are definately genre's, like BSDM, Cuckold, Interracial and other niche markets that require a more sophisticated producer. Just plain f*cking porn is going south financially. But, even there, getting really HOT girlz is still gonna be a draw to some.
