Instead of "SEAL of the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES," I suggest "SEAL of the WORST PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES."
That slight editorial change, along with a graphic of a lame duck instead of an eagle holding arrows, should get them out of hot water with the White House lawyers.
It's absurd the Republicans are focusing on this issue and it's great that Bush is on record opposing Spanish-language versions of the US national anthem.
According to Kevin Phillips, Bush sang the US national anthem in Spanish during the 2000 presidentential "election."

Steny Hoyer should look up the word "satire" in his dictionary, if he has one, and recognize the important service Stephen Colbert provided to the country last Friday night. Colbert spoke the truth to a president for whom truth is inconvenient. I am delighted that the story is continuing to churn five days after the event.
