Excellent point. Women manipulate men, yet expect respect from those men anyway. Men are so sick of it.
You women need to rein in your worst offenders amongst yourselves if you want to be treated decently again.
Men have feelings too. Men have better things to do than to feel USED.

I post one brief comment out of over 70 letters and I have apparently violated the pristine nature of this board FOREVER.
If it is that easy to upset you, I feel sorry for anyone who has to be around you.
All I said was that life involves limits and that men also do not have perfect freedom to yell 'fire' in a full theatre, yet women expect to be able to wear what they please whenever they please (and of course to bitch about how they are treated as a result).
And this qualifies me for the loony bin, according to this freak. Of course, because freaks like this exist, I AM JUSTIFIED AFTER ALL in thinking some women are out of control.
You can only prove me RIGHT in the end. This is what upsets you so much.
Dealing with my truth is akin to someone who is stuck in quicksand-- the more they move, the faster they sink. Too funny, really.

The whole situation is very sad and maddening. The sheer narcissism involved in how this decision was made. The excuse making on both of the parents' parts is pathetic.
Whatever happened to men who stick around for the sake of their offspring? MegaDicks like this just give all guys a bad reputation, something I am so sick and tired of myself.
All of us guys get judged and worked over by women because women deep down suspect all men can be like this.
I can tell you the vast majority of men are not so reprehensible.
And what about the woman in this? is she such a pushover that she lets him get away with skulking away like a weasel? They were together 15 goddamn years. Obviously something mattered between them.
What is almost as sad is the excuse making I hear among some of the female posters on this board on the dipshit's behalf.
If I ran the world, guys like this would receive severe punishment for doing this sort of thing.

Really, women like her do not deserve us men. They should go sleep with women since that is what pleases them. Why should men have to put up with such hatred?

Unfortunately, this classification as 'rape' of all sexual encounters that do not end with a happy ending will also affect women's ability to report REAL rapes when they do occur.
Really, most cops taking a report would laugh at any guy who was too drunk to not have had his car stolen from under him. They would consider him an idiot, regardless of whether someone stealing a car is committing a crime or not (which of course it is).

feminism today appeals to those women who believe right is what they 'feel', another reason this unreal belief system is collapsing so fast.
The one feminist course I took in undergrad school in the mid eighties started off the first day by insulting the men in the class, stating that all men are evil, basically deliberately treating us all like garbage since it was obvious the witches had to stew in their little feeling based fantasies in private. I never went back to the second class and dropped the course immediately. Hey, if feminists did not want men's help, they got it.

The homophobe agenda works against women as well since it tries to shut down sexual freedoms.
Something quite similar happened to me in business school. I was in a stall and the janitor (I saw him walking past my stall) in the stall next to me tried to pass me a note under the divider. I never took or read the note, but I was sure it was some sort of comeon. Disgusting.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]And did you just say that your resentment against women runs so deep that you wouldn't even pick up the phone to call the police if you saw a woman being raped, because it would make you feel used? Or was that just a theoretical?
I could see how you would interpret what I said as meaning I would do something like that.
But my sense of decency always overrides my politics. I would hate to see anybody ever hurt, even someone I might consider an enemy, as long as they are not attacking me physically.
I meant I can understand why many men (and women) might interpret a woman's cries for help as the self serving whimpering of a member of that sex which has no problem manipulating public opinion in deeply cynical, selfish, and divisive ways-- as feminism has proven over and over lately (yet another reason feminism is collapsing so dramatically in our culture is I suspect people perceive modern women's griping as illegitimate and thankless).
