Original article: Putting "women" in the WSJ

Twist and contort it all you want

I loved the implicit dig at brightstar and his ilk. If there's one argument in favor of keeping a separate women's section in publications like this, it's that it satisfies a sociological interest to see what kind of pathetic, emotionally damaged trolls crawl out of the woodwork to attack it.

Twist and contort it all you want, the day that men just sit and take it from women is so OVER.

The DIG is and should be against all those who think men are not entitled to FREELY state their HONEST opinion on ALL matters, just LIKE WOMEN ARE ALLOWED TO.

The DIG should be against those who continue to try to shame us men by namecalling and using other unsavory tactics to try to discredit us.

There is a pattern on here that is indicative of the level of dishonesty in feminist rhetoric. Lots of times I will post my honest opinion on here quite civilly. THEN others will attack me using ad hominems and I feel justified in attacking them back with ever more vitriolic language.

1. I am justified in being angry at UNFAIR attacks.

2. I am justified in responding to UNFAIR articles or criticisms.

Live it. Love it.

You might think me some fringe neanderthal. Every time I post and every time someone new reads my post, lots of times they will agree with, NOT YOU, but with me. They might not say it. They might not let on that they do not swallow the feminist BS whole, but believe me, they feel more emboldened to, THE NEXT TIME, begin to honestly question just what it is they are being FORCED to swallow by the PC Borg brigade.

For certain, you will find all manner of male eunuchs on here willing to say anything to defend the modern rotting form of man hating feminism, no matter how unfair it is to men.

This is EXPECTED of libs, this self-negation for the sake of some communistic ideal that, ultimately, intends to wipe men off the planet- whether feminists know it yet or not.

The joke is on THESE lib clowns, the vast majority of America laughs at such weinies, even if it does seem ON HERE like I am the one being beseiged.

I was SHOCKED

My fiancee told me that we can cancel our flight tickets ONE DAY prior to the flight, get this, WITHOUT PENALTY.

I almost had a seizure. I wish ALL other airlines would just fly out of business, they are more hindrance than help these days.

Southwest has a customer for LIFE, unless it goes bad too.

It is obvious

too many on this board are emotionally upset by what transpired in their own lives. so it is easy to trash and put down others you disagree with.

re: my mom, she is otherwise a great woman, even if she IS imperfect which, guess what, WE ALL ARE.

There is a vast gulf of difference between garden variety imperfect behavior, like my mom or dad, and some of the world class abuse some parents heave onto their offspring. I hear horrid stories too often about how bad parents can be and thank my lucky stars my parents were otherwise decent people for the most part.

This does NOT excuse women from taking ANY responsibility for their OWN lives (or men doing the same for that matter) and escaping from their abusers and TAKING THE VULNERABLE WITH THEM, be it kids, pets or goldfish.

My issue has long been that too many women choose the biggest douchebags, then try to change them. It ain't that simple. A fuckwad is a fuckwad is a fuckwad.

There are scads of decent, kind men. Unfortunately, kindness and decency in men are not considered SEXY among a certain group of women. Feminism has YET to address this adequately.

Not everyone is a Barack Obama

If I remember correctly Brightstar, you and I have something in common. We both think Barak Obama would be an excellent president. Have you listened to him speak? The reason that he is so moving and inspirational is that he does not seek to pursuade by attacking his opponents or confuse diplomacy with weakness. Seek common ground. Look for nuance. Try to communicate with individuals not generalities.

There will one day be a slick Barack Obama type who will harken in the kinder gentler men's movement. It is not my style.

Lemme aks you, why did feminists choose the model of engagement that THEY did? Certainly, they did not choose to use the Obama model.

For one thing, there is no evidence that the Obama model would work as a counterpoint to feminists' snark. Obama works because he has a nice paved media presence. Men's rights are on TV, usually as some sort of JOKE, since lib women and their sycophantic tools control the media.

For another, the Obama model works because he says nice things, things everyone can agree are INOFFENSIVE and that everyone ideally likes to hear-- stuff about 'hope' and 'change'. I do not know that his model would work if he spoke about men needing to finally overcome 4 billion years of oppression from women by creating their own means to bear children APART from women.

Men have to engage GUERILLA style since women will not ever VOLUNTARILY give up their priviliges. My hope (there is that word) is that there are 100 million different ways in which men finally break the chains. Death to feminism by a million small cuts. It is already happening, whether I have ever written one word or not.
