tried that

There actually is, as the buddha taught, a middle way. You have a casual conversation with her and see how it goes. Maybe do this a few times, wait to see if she goes out of her way to start a conversation with you. If she does, then ask if she wants to get coffee sometime.

Right. Tried that with the chick at work who I got chastised by the boss for merely for asking her out for a coffee. No way I will bother anymore with THAT one.

the reason I post seven comments is I am TRULY confused about this topic.

- how is it women feel OK cheating on men, but not the reverse?

- how is it women expect men to make all the moves, but then the women reward the men with a kick to the teeth?

- how is it women have a problem with men discussing their questions, while women have no problem endlessly posting their own issues?

Maybe I am the only man on the planet who is confused about this. Maybe other men just go find a skank and do her and get it over with. Unfortunately, I still manage to believe that I am looking for an equal, a partner, but I do not possess the world-class skills to achieve this amazing feat of finding someone to fit this bill. I am stuck with a libido and no outlet. MY BAD.

At this point, I will refrain from more posting today. I am realizing I am sick of being sick as a dog with sinusitis and bronchitis and depressed about being without a job this month.
