Pat Buchanan Runs out of Arguments

Why was it no surprise that once Republicans heard about Powell’s endorsement of Obama, they would, once again, refuse to accept it at face value and belittle or attack the person making it? Especially the openly racist and Catholic [I find that an oxymoron] Pat Buchanan, who immediately spoke out to dismiss the reasons Powell succinctly and painstakingly provided to all listening. Even listening to those reasons Buchanan and others will still continue to think they ‘know’ better. Buchanan found it necessary to ‘attack’ Powell because he knows the Republicans have nothing to offer in light of McCain's selection for VP and the fact that his campaign is operating in the gutters of political persuasion and has been a dismal failure by anyone's standards. By Buchanan's assessment, he is inferring that "Powell has become a traitor to McCain" along with making other statements today of "he never was a 'CONSERVATIVE' Republican", Buchanan shows himself to be the 'angry bigot' [I always considered him to be but who now has proven just that] who ended up basing Powell's endorsement on “race”. It appears anything to 'dumb it down' or 'inject doubt' on Powell's prized endorsement must be what Buchanan believes should have been stated. What petty tripe for those who act as though they know better about Powell's reasons than Powell himself.

It appears that Republicans refuse to allow anyone in their Party to even question their programs or policies, let alone admit that failures exist and are seen by many for what they actually are - FAILURES! What kind of Party FORBIDS a member from dissent or questioning? Why can't one express their displeasure on important matters and not be considered an ingrate or traitor? This is not supposed to be a communist organization where people are forbidden to express themselves, but you wouldn't know it by their statements yesterday or today! It appears that if you question or express a differing opinion, you are no longer the "great leader or qualified person" you were just before the moment you presented a differing opinion; instead you are attacked, torn down and presented as a lesser person in the public eye. This is no way for any Party to treat their members and by so doing, it simply sends a loud and clear message that there really is a problem in desperate need of addressing. It also undoubtedly guarantees that something must be rotten at the very core of its foundation.

Talk about Ugliness in a Campaign

I live in Virginia and yet today in Woodbridge, Virginia, three people handed out "Obama for Change" bumper stickers with the Communist sickle and hammer and the Islamic crescent, saying Obama was a socialist with ties to radical Islam terrorists.

Several McCain supporters who happened to be Muslim and Christian alike, struck back at these three DISPICABLE people who were handing out their DISGUSTING stickers all the while being disruptive and creating mayhem. The young McCain supporters actually told the dispicable McCain supporters that they were Muslim and/or Christian but that they felt they were being driven away from their support of McCain by those very people who also claim to support McCain. Thankfully there was a McCain representative in the crowd who managed to get the SH*TASS lunatic fringe to take their filthy stickers and leave.

Nothing like having GENUINE supporters show up for an event while also having the LUNATIC FRINGE who claim their support for McCain as well. Thankfully the McCain rep did manage to drive them away! How confusing, but then again, I suppose that's what McCain and Palin get when they have a campaign of conflicting and confusing messaging. They apparently have incited the lunatic fringe to create major problems and the other supporters are paying the price. Talk about taking the good with the bad! I guess you really do reap what you sow!

No, I am no supporter of McCain's. I am an Obama supporter through and through as is the rest of my family!

Leiberman the RAT

"She's touched something very, very positive and optimistic," Lieberman intoned.

I wonder what part of his anatomy Palin touched, because otherwise I would think it would be rather difficult for him to muster the good words McCain was trying to sell on her. I certain he couldn't just say, "well, you know even though she is completely unqualified and has no knowledge on any topic", blah, blah, blah! What a dispicable and disgusting person and certainly NOT WORTH ANY DEMOCRAT WASTING MORE TIME ON HIM. Kick his boney, antiquated ass out and and pray the door hits it on his way out. I understand he gives quite a bit of money to the Dems [at least he did this year], but no amount of money is worth putting up with his solid republican views. If he is that much 'in love' with McCain, let him live with McCain and see if he can win on the CT Pug ticket or any other for that matter! WHAT A WEASEL!

No Love for Joe the Reporter - from McCain crowd

Maybe they also want FOX NEWS [FIXED NOISE OR THE TABLOID NEWS OF TV] to stop reporting as well since ALL FIXED NOISE does is go on AD INFINITUM about the GREAT McCAIN AND PALIN! Do you think these a@@h*les would then believe the press is biased? Oh no, not on that cable channel where all they do is COME DOWN HARD ON OBAMA!

I can't wait until Obama wins and shuts these STUPIDOS up for good! Wonder what McCain will say then? And I pray that Palin will go back to her wilderness so she can try to save her job up there!
