Trash radio
[Read the article: He's sorry now]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I don't understand how talk radio can be taken seriously. What Imus did was playing to the crowd of low brows and those of questionable intellect who listen to this dribble. The Bill O'Reilly's and Rush's of that idiot world who I can almost see people listening in their car or at home saying ,Yea man .
It doesn't excuse Imus and the girls at Rutgers don't deserve his stupidity and I hope he get's his but this is talk or better, trash radio, and in the sceme of things who cares about Don Imus.

Liberals
[Read the article: Little boxes]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I have been labeled a LIBERAL for a long time. The nice thing about it is that while I may not be always right,I know the OTHERS are mostly wrong. Take George, the Don's, Newt and Rush.
Those guys couldn't manage a two car funeral. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they sent over 3200 Americans to their death. Of course none of there kids were involved so somehow they rest easy.
Hillary, Al or Barack will have us out of Iraq in a heartbeat.
Can't wait to put another Left Label in the White House.

Is He Pulling Our Leg
[Read the article: Note to politicians]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Keillor's latest contribution was his usual insightfulness until three quarters of the read and he referred to Eisenhower and McCarthy. I grew up in the dull Eisenhower era and remember all to well the inactions of the man. Steady as you go , don't rock the boat ,a pat on the American head and we'll all sleep well.
McCarthy was a different story and I need not go into that because previous postings have pointed out all the venom he let loose. But, Keillor must think we need in this instance, some awaking or he needs more attention .
History may not always be presented favorably or truthfully but
I lived this era and Keillor is wrong.

Stop Complaining
[Read the article: Remember when it was fun to fly?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I like to think TSA or somebody is doing there job. We haven't witnessed a terrorist threat to the air lines in a long time. Flying is no longer fun we all agree, and some TSA personnel are not the sharpest tacks in the the box but it's become a flying fact of life and we need to get over it because it's not going away.
