Thank you for this post and your strong stance on Hardball! The Obama campaign and its compliant friends in the media and on the so-called progressive blogs have gone too far! Their disdain for two loyal Democrats, Bill and Hillary Clinton, should be reserved for the right wing nuts.

Senator Obama's Unity campaign may turn out to be much like Bush, the Great Uniter--it will unite Clinton supporters AGAINST him. IF he is the nominee I, and thousands like me, will stay home or vote for McCain.

It's ridiculous that a man with a resume as thin as the paper it's printed on should even be considered presidential material.

Really, we're not going to get over it. And I still think if the superdelegates want to win in November they will vote for Hillary.

What amazes me is that the Obama devotees have their blinders on and will not allow any criticism of the Chosen One. The ONLY way Axelrod knew Obama could win was by prying ALL AA support away from Hillary and they did it by labeling the Clintons as racist.

We aren't making this up--remember there was a 4-page memo from the Obama campaign right after NH on how to do it. I will never vote for Obama--he's a Chicago thug with no core principles. The REAL PROGRESSIVE, Sen Clinton, was pushed out of this race in an unprecedented way. I have given up on the Democratic Party. And don't call me an over-the-hill angry woman--I'm an over-the-hill ticked off Democrat!

if she seriously thinks PUMAS are Republicans! I agree with NYdem08 who posted earlier: we are the true base of the Democratic party disgusted by fact that the Dems have been the ones acting like Republicans, corrupting the electoral process and acting like we're spoiling THE ONE's coronation.

Look at the polls as Obama tanks and ask yourself why did the Dem establishment push the most corrupt, inexperienced, flip-floppin' candidate on us? I will never vote for him, partially because I am disgusted by how Pelosi, Brazile and Dean ran the party into the ground.

Anyway, Brazile and Axelrove said they don't need the old Dems so why should you be surprised if they stay home or vote McCain?

And I'm tired of hearing about the Supreme Court. If the Dems in the Senate had done their jobs Alito and Roberts wouldn't be on the court today.

Hillary was unacceptable to Obama's fan club because she voted for the war but Colin-MR. WMD at the UN-Powell is gleefully praised for his endorsement? What a joke.

Obama supporters easily brush this little factoid under the rug along with Obama's support of the FISA bill, his faith-based program which is Bush's on steroids, his flip flop on campaign financing, his vote for the Bush-Cheney energy bill....and on and on and on....

And as for the scurrilous charge of Muslim baiting remember that it was THE ONE who made some American Muslim Women with headscarves move from the shot behind him at a rally (ew, wouldn't look good). And he was actually registered as a Muslim in Indonesia at this school there which is why there are rumors about his religion. Stop blaming McCain.

Powell also endorsed Bush Jr. He must have good judgment. Obama is a guy with zero experience and a magnetic personality--in other words, Bush3!
