I love how this story is in Broadsheet as opposed to War Room

Because now I know that I'm supposed to be feeling Moral Outrage over this comment.

I don't suppose anybody has bothered to address the substance of Schuster's remarks...? Of course not, we're all too busy being offended.

This will only be an issue if Clinton is the nominee

Girl U know it's true.

Original article: Blood-and-guts politics

I love it when Camille Paglia waxes lyrical about pop culture schlock

I thought her Led Zeppelin comments were great, but her ode to Revenge of the Sith is classic.

Oy.

Well, I am glad that Watson posted this follow-up. As embarrassing as his appearance on MSNBC was for him and for every Obama supporter, this does remove the attention from Obama and puts it on Watson as the willing scapegoat. Nevertheless... oy.

Welcome to the big leagues, Obama campaign. You guys better tighten things up from here on out.

@ Stewsburntmonkey

Don't get me wrong... I'm not disagreeing with you at all. I just see some newbie mistakes in the campaign that need to be worked on. (Yes, Michelle's gaffe about being proud of America is one of them... though as someone who has actually lived in another country, I think a lot of the indignant right wing 'USA! USA!' bluster is just that. Anyway...) Obama's campaign has definitely done an amazing job. I never would have dreamed 12 months ago that he could actually be where he is right now. My point is that he will soon be running in a general election against someone who isn't in his own party. I just want him to be careful. The ghosts of 2004 are not easily vanquished, I suppose...

I wish I had as much faith in the American people...

...as I do in Obama's ability to reach across this divide. Too many people in this country are too ignorant of the world around them, and do harbor strong prejudices towards anything Muslim. It saddens me to know (for surely it will happen) that Obama's heritage will be used against him in the general election.

And people wonder why Michelle Obama is only now proud of her country...

Original article: Holy hot marital sex!

Sex is good

Ain't nothin' wrong with that... even if you've been married for years. In my opinion it makes the sex better when you really, really know the person you're being intimate with.

...since you were all asking.
