  • Mitchell Report

[Read the article: King Kaufman's Sports Daily]

    What did it accomplish?

I think it will be remembered as the definitive end of the steroid era. A tying up of loose strings. The report's biggest and least conspicuous accomplishment is showing how widespread steroid use (and later HGH use) was during a fairly long stretch of baseball history. All teams, all positions. The most popular players and relatively unheard of players.

Am I the only one who assumed that there was steroid testing all along? The guys were too big to believe, so it just made sense that they would test them. Guess that was naive.

My dad had a good idea. Some smart business guy will buy up a few acres across the street from the HOF. He will build his own baseball museum. It will honor:

    Pete

    Shoeless Joe

    Big Mac

and any other decent ballplayers who caught up in some baseball scandal.

Won't take much to turn a profit.

    is simple.

Many letter writers in here say that it's no big deal. 17 is far old enough to get naked in front of a camera.

I'll sign off on that, as long as you quit complaining that society doesn't find you attractive after 30. You can't have it both ways.

  • Conspiracy

I'm assuming if your team has had, oh, roughly 75 guys leave early for the NFL, that will hurt your APR. Right? Better to bench those 'soon to be millionaires' to send them a message: Go to your Early Scandanavian History class, NOW, Jerome. Your 4.3 means nothing in the real world.

I like this Starr Consipiracy. Looks like it has legs. I think it finally proves that politicians aren't perfect. Wait..

Wow. Glad to hear you're rational.

And SHAME on you Rebecca. Shame, shame, shame. John Edwards has nothing to do with this issue.
