• Bush administration is anti-family

  Thanks Lynn for raising our awareness of this situation.

  I don't see any hope for this situation improving in any way given Bush, the Repubs,Alito and Roberts control of our government. These MEN are totally on the side of the executive, business and those in power. They have no concern for families,family life or children. These so called men are arrogant, elitist snobs. Mrs. Alito can cry all she wants too but if she watches with an open mind she will begin to understand. Sam Alito does not want women or minorities attending Princeton University because he is an elite,arrogant, anti-family snob, among other things.

  The radical right wing religious groups also have no concern for families and children, no matter what they SAY. They are against abortion, they say, but once the child is born they no longer care about families and children.

  As soon as 'we the people' throw the aforementioned out of office then and only then can Americans begin to undo the damage these people have done to the American family.

  As far as impeaching them or voting them out of office, well, lets just say I don't have much hope for that happening because Bush and the Repubs have complete control over all three branches of government and they control the electronic voting machines. So it will take a huge vote by the American people to get rid of the family destructive regime now in power.

• Women and second class status

  As long as Bush and the Repubs are in power and as long as they control the Supreme Court(Alito,Roberts,Thomas and Scalia) their will never be any chance of making the workplace better for women.

  These so called men cannot see beyond their own needs,wants and desires.

  America desperately needs a women pres. and many more women in congress. I know Hilary says some dumb things but women and families are just going to continue to have second class status until more women get into politics. So, I think all the women in America should vote for Hilary. She says dumb things just because she is trying to hard to get elected rather than just doing and saying the right things. Hilary must learn to speak out on traditional democratic issues of fairness and equality for women,children and families.

  Women truly are the biggest minority in the US and everywhere else in the world. Women have had second class staus for so long that they actually believe it is okay. Women have to learn to get what is rightfully theirs. There truly are such concepts as fairness and equality but we have to fight for them.

  I am a white guy but my voting strategy for the last thirty years has been to vote for women and minorities because I believe in fairness and equality in America.

  But now because the the balance of power is gone I will vote democrat all the way. Our "Totalitarian Republican Theocracy" is destructive for women but also it is destructive for all human beings in America and on this planet.
