My Spiritual Experiences

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I had spiritual experiences everyday in physics class as the teacher explained and revealed the functioning of our wonderful almost magical physical world. I was constanly in AWE as I understood more each day.
The laws of physics do not deny the existence of God in fact they made me marvel and believe in the existence of God as I beheld the wonders of our universe.
The radical right wing extremist fundies in america who hate science are in effect denying the facts and realities and living in the creations of their own minds.
Bush and the Repubs can deny all the science they so choose but they are bumping up against it everyday and someday it facts will jump up and bite them in the ass. Unfortunately it will do the same to the rest of us who believe in climatology and global warming and who don't believe in the worship of the oil companies as did/do georgie boy and his friend kenny boy.
My belief is that the truths revealed by science lead us to the ultimate truth, God. And I am comforted by that thought.
Torture and war and the right wing fundies really frighten me.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]And then there is/was Edgar Cayce with his 14,300+ recorded(ie. written down)prophecies, predictions and observations as well as St. Malachy and others. And now there is the Global Counciousness Project at Edinburgh Univ. and being followed up at Princeton's Institute for Advanced Study, the cosmologists who think the universe is saddle shaped, that alzheimers may be a third form of diabetes, that most psychics/seers including Edgar Cayce and Allison DuBois and others claim that we all have the capacity to do what they can do and that the future is changeable not fixed etc. Whereas, you and your brethern see it as FIXED around your beliefs. So just what is it that you think you know.
We all or almost all know and except that there are many things we don't understand and who knows how many we can't even guess at. So what is your point.
Your use of the phrase "pea brained bigotry" allows you to move to that strange world where you and your kind claim to be the only ones that 'know the mind of God' the only ones who know exactly what is 'right and correct' by which you claim that no one else but you know anything, you must think you are God, just as Bushie boy claims to be the christ (small c).
I contend that is blasphemy and heresy. No one on this earth or in the hereafter will ever know the mind of God because only God can know the mind of God.
Your statement that everyone else is a "pea brained bigot" makes YOU that exact same thing, a "pea brained bigot".
No true christian would ever claim to know the nature and mind of God and yet you claim you are the one who does, along with your like minded brethern.
Learn some humility, kindness and tolerance for EVERYONE ELSE. Remember, 'pride goeth before the fall'.
You just may not know what you THINK you know.

With Allen both lack of character and racism are very much bubbling just beneath the surface and are so strong they spill/spew and explode out of him.
Allen is just another Confederate, Racist and self proclaimed Southern Christian. These corrupt non christians and non americans are rampant in the Republican party and are spreading like a disease upon our nation.
They are an abomination.

Had 'we done so before Bush got elected we would not be such a fractured and deeply divided nation as we are now. There would not be this corruption of religion by the republicans for political gain. There would not be this unending use of religion to suppress the 241 million who did not vote for Bush and yet are trapped in this stranglehold of Republican hate that has so damaged our political system where we now have a ONE party system, no 'system of checks and balances' and therefore no more democracy.
It is just amazing how much crime and corruption can be committed by those who claim to be christians, just as georgie boy claims to be Jesus Christ, and yet those crazies still vote for him and will continue to do so election after election after election.
Confederate hate and racism runs WIDE AND DEEP unto this very day.
Fundamentalist religions, Catholic and white Baptist, in america are real and corrupt.
