This lovely moment was only one of many magical scenes Timothy captured on tape. Unfortunately, Herzog, in creating Grizzly Man, chose to show more outrageous, extremely personal moments of Timothy's wildness. Things to consider when building your opinion of Timothy: Did you know him personally - would he have called you a friend? If not, you know little of his character. Even if you have read all the books and viewed the shows/documentaries and if you have seen Grizzly Man (which I refuse to address as a documentary) - you STILL do not know many, many facts. And remember, for over a decade he spent every summer in the wilds of Alaska, among grizzlies, living at peace in that world.
