is that really the theme song?

holy crap, that is really, really stupid - so stupid in fact, that I thought maybe it was fake. It's real?!?

I only recently got Showtime, and stumbled upon an "L Word" marathon a few nights ago that started from the first episode. I've seen, oh, maybe ten episodes now. (the last one I saw was when Tina was being harassed by the girlfriend of her sperm donor.) I think the show is quite good, if a bit cheesy at times. (Hey, I'm a straight guy, and I'm glad to learn that all lesbians are really, really hot, live in fabulous homes, and that I may be able to get some action by calling myself a "lesbian defined man.")

The short, simple opening music of the first season is very appropriate. but now, having heard this horrendous "theme song," I'm not sure if I'll keep watching. I guess I can always TiVo it and skip ahead...
