I AM A LIBERAL

LET'S GET THIS STRAIGHT, FOLKS. THOSE OF US WHO ARE LIFELONG LIBERALS (and in my case, a long life it's been!) HAVE REFUSED TO USE THE TERM "PROGRESSIVE" DESPITE WHAT SOME DEMOCRAT PARTY LEADERS WHO WANTED TO TAKE THE PARTY TO THE MIDDLE TRIED TO DO.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A LIBERAL. I WILL ALWAYS BE A LIBERAL. I AM PROUD TO BE A LIBERAL. I WILL SHOUT IT TO THE WORLD: LIBERAL..LIBERAL...LIBERAL...LIBERAL...LIBERAL...LIBERAL!!!!!

If the pundits had looked beyond the sound bites they would have known we've always been out here professing our liberalism--proudly!

Last Tuesday

There's only one Poll that counts, Brit Baby, and that one was conducted last Tuesday. Maybe you should take a look at that big Red State/Blue State wall map before telling us that the country is still "right-of-center." YOU might still be "right-of-center," but you seem to have missed that vast crowd of folks marching in the other direction. Maybe if you boys (and Ladies) at Fox would just report the news for a while, you'd have time to look around, then recalibrate your gyros, instead of talking the same old trash.

Good work, as usual, Bateman.
