All I managed to pick up was something like "this stuff is delicious isn't it?" and Keifer yelling "Yes! Yes!" not-quite-in-response. Which... well, it doesn't seem like there was much more to it.
My recollection of japanese is limited, but I did hear one of the girls say
"Oishi desne"
Which means "It's delicious, isn't it"
After which Sutherland loudly says, "YES"
Clever ad actually.
This isn't the first Calorie Mate ad that has featured the Jack Bauer character. 24 has become quite popular over here and Keifer is one of several American actors (as well as a few French) that have signed on to do random commercials.
Also, one of the girls makes a comment about the fact that the Calorie Mate in a pouch is a jelly. It's one of those power drinks, marketed for people (mostly young women) who don't want to eat too much. There's also a "calorie mate block" which is a small rectangle, high fiber, thing that comes in several flavors - chocolate, fruit, plain.
I saw this commercial when I was in Japan earlier this year, it's really well done.
A quick translation:
Schoolgirl 1: This one's jelly, right?
Jack:YES!
Schoolgirl 2: And the apple flavor is really great!
Jack: YES!
Voiceover: Real-time nutritionally balanced food - Calorie Mate.
You can see the latest version here:

A good percentage of it is butter, so it's basically fat and sugar. Seeing him chug it like that by itself makes me me want to toss my senbei. BTDT--once.
Jack Bauer never has enough time, but he has time for Calorie Mate. There's a cute comic on the web site, too, where Jack's enemies, eating pizza and soda, spill soda all over their computer keyboard.
Actually, the first girl is saying:
"Natsu wa zerii dayone." (Roughly translated, "Jelly is great for the summer.")
The implication is that, as opposed to dry, shortbread-like regular calorie mate, the jelly kind is better (cooler and more refreshing, etc) when the weather is hot and humid.
