Idol Lives!!
I felt hope too when David C won. I love him and even spent time speed dialing for him, something I never thought I'd do at 48 years old. I feel motherly toward David A and don't think he deserves derision.
However, the judges are another story. They are truly clueless and Cook's win proves it. Simon Cowell was particularly arrogant on Tuesday night, so sure he was right when he told Cook "you will regret that song choice." He voted no to sending Cook on to the top 24. At one point he said no to Daughtry too. Way to spot talent Simon. I love seeing him apologize to Cook.
The ground shifted under the judges feet and Idol lives!!!!
