    i've always loved tim gunn on project runway, because he seems to approach fashion from the standpoint of an artist-- or at least and art teacher. his new show is completely fucking disgusting. the fact that it takes the admittedly shallow makeover genre and turns it into a self-help thing grosses me out to no end. have a problem? buy a 3000 dress! we will give you a diamond from our sponsor, to replace the puny one your husband gave you when he was poor and could afford no better. feel better!? OF COURSE YOU DO.

    tim gunn is clearly a total sellout. quite a statement, considering he is someone who is nothing more than a reality-whore to start with.
