    Election 2000? Two words: Joe Lieberman

    If anyone needs confirmation of the moral and intellectual bankruptcy of the Democratic party, imagine how the world would NOT have changed had Gore won in 2000. Lieberman would have gotten Gore to go along with the invasion of Iraq, and probably Iran too by now. I really wish the Gore supporters would get a clue finally. Their guy lost because a) he ran a lousy campaign; and b) he chose a Republican in all but name for his VP.
