Sexual capital doesn't give women the advantage. It seems to be the only thing that gives women a leg up so to speak and women are losing completely. Feminists don't care much about child custody. They want men to do half the child care. If they did, maybe they'd get custody.
It doesn't matter how much education women have. It doesn't pay off because of discrimination in the workplace.
You have to be kidding about domestic violence and rape. Women don't even report to police because they don't help and courts mostly blame women for rape.
Cultural perceptions are meaningless if it doesn't translate to equal representation, legal rights, power and economics.
And women are definitely disadvantaged in the workplace as all your articles state. The only respectable source of information in your articles was Heidi Hartmann and she said women are discriminated against in the workplace:

we seem to agree that women have a "leg up" when it comes to matters of romance, so I guess that point is settled. score one for woman.

And women seem to be more threatened by men usurping their rights concerning children and family then men ever were by women entering the workplace. women want to rule the domestic roost AND have equal opportunity in the workplace. And they have succeeded.
as to legal matters concerning sexual misconduct and domestic violence, women certainly have a much stronger lobbying force and cultural perception of always inherently being the victim. How many men are victims of their own form of domestic abuse, yet never report because they are either ignored by the police or shamed into silence. Feminism does not even recognize that a male can be the victim of domestic abuse, and yet it probably accounts for anywhere from 20-even 50% of abuse cases. And men are much more likely to be victims of a violent crime overall. As to false allegations of sexual misconduct and rape, well you probably believe that their are never any false positives and that women never lie about rape. But any person working with rape cases will tell you that is not the case, and their is ample proof that women can and do manipulate the system to punish men in their lives, or to gain monetary awards. So lets consider this a draw -as we will never agree on who has the worst of it in this category.
and lastly we have the workplace, where you believe their is still widespread discrimination. Again I wish Robert Franklin would chime in to present his facts concerning this topic, but any statistical difference in the earning power between a man and a women is negligable at best, AFTER factoring in a women's life choices, of which she has many more then a man. A women is free to pursue any career she wants, from doctor to astronaut, to apache helicopter pilot, to nurse, to homemaker. There is nothing standing in her way. So if this is even now, as I believe it is, it will only get more one sided in the future as the current younger generations of women leaving college quickly take over all the professional positions in society leaving men to fight the wars, pick up the trash, and build the buildings. Score another one for women in my book. And if you were keeping score, thats 2-2 at best, and by my count, 3-4 in favor of women, with the career category being a draw.
