Perhaps in such a scenario there would be a place, also, for men whose identity wasn't dependent on forms of masculinity whose "strenghth" and "power" can only exist at the oppression of another, other gender/race/religion, or must be sacrificed and fretted over, in the face of such "differences."
Perhaps you also live in the typical female fantasy world where your pronunciations are gold. Feminism empowered women, but women still want the football hunk, the soldier in his uniform, the tough guy in his business suit. Women do not want flannel wearing househusbands, skirt wearing boys, or easy going, soft but useless men.
Women ADORE and WORSHIP strength and power. They also like men to do the dirty work of actually engaging dangers, maquerading as tough guys, and making the world a safer place for third gen feminist girly girls.
Men are not endless pools of power for women to hold enmity against while also raising as some model of uber-tool.
How's about you women just shut up for once and let REAL PEOPLE who actually care about the whole world, not just about one's navel, do some deciding again for once.
And to those who think this TV stuff is harmless entertainment, you can be certain the scads of women watching these shows base their marching orders, how they treat men, what they think of them, how they engage the world, on the models they pick up from this tripe.
