Man, I was just thinking too that Clutch Cargo might have been the inspiration for Race Bannon in JQ, so thanks for jogging my memory after over 40 years--I LOVED watching Johnny Quest as a kid. All those unusual cartoons we watched were great fun, maybe Space Angel wasn't all that inspirational, but it was truly weird & fun to watch as a kid. It entertained. We just need to be thankful that those cartoons were so much better than the more violent ones that most kids are subjected to today, where simple good always triumphs over evil. No one sees that happening much anymore; & I would imagine that most people of my generation agree.
