"Cloverfield"

Do we really need the horror of 9/11 to be repackaged and presented to us as an amusement-park ride?

Born and Raised New Yorker here

And yeah, I was here for 9/11. I also just came from seeing Cloverfield. I thought it was a lot of fun! The monster was cool and the viral advertsing threw me off of the real story which made it fun x2.

Not everything is political or a statment. Sometimes a monster movie is just a fabluous fun monster movie.

Don't let the pretentious reviews throw you - it was worth seeing.
