  • Any news...

    about Bill Maher's Religulous??

I am anxious to hear about it.

  • Stasis?

I'm just curious - which of Hitchcock's many movies is about a failure to act?

  • ". . . which of Hitchcock's many movies is about a failure to act?"

For starters -- and obviously -- Rear Window.

  • Rear Window?

Who fails to act in Rear Window - is not Scotty quite upset and UNABLE to act? Does he not call his cop friend after witnessing the killing? Physical inability to act can't really be considered failure. None of Hitchcock's characters is passive or idle.

  • Failure to act

Well, Vertigo, certainly, although I suppose you could argue that the James Stewart character is, again, unable to act.

  • Clooney= reality

Used family connections and some alright looks to...score women!

And make a couple of decent flicks (Solaris/Good German)

    Hollywood is a JOKE.
