    True, but I still cared about them.

    Maybe it was that guy that was trying to avenge his father throughout the movie, it made you really pull for him .

    And there was a constant level of intrigue & humor in Princess Bride that got me. I didn't get that with Stardust.

    eh... go see Stardust, prove me wrong. But I'm guessing it won't have anywhere near the same following as P.Bride did.
