Sundance is located ten minutes from my office, in Orem; Park City is a good hour away. I am, in other words, a local, and thus would like to extend you my warmest, Mormon, Utah greetings.
One thing you just shouldn't miss while you're in Utah: Hatch Family Chocolates, located in downtown Salt Lake City (http://utah.citysearch.com/profile/10384248/salt_lake_city_ut/hatch_family_chocolates.html)
You will eat at Hatch's quite simply the best chocolate you've ever tasted in your entire life, no bullshit. The best. (I'm not a paid shill for Hatch's; just a missionary.)
You're a one-hour taxi cab ride away. Do it, make the journey, sir, you won't regret it.

PS: H.F.C. is owned and operated by two dwarves (aka, little people). I'd recommend striking the word "oompa-loompa" from your vocabulary, when present at Hatch's, eating chocolate in situ.
