She is the Pericles of this age, the Shakespeare, the Spinoza, the Twain and Wright (brothers AND Frank Lloyd), the Valentino and Garbo, the Van Doren(Charles AND Mamie) and Monroe, the Frampton and Manilow, the Speares, Kimmel, and Lohan.

Hmm...OK I admit to observing a disturbing trend here, but STILL-this young woman has made of herself, perhaps, as her predecessors, with a small amount of inadvertant media help, a GIANTESS of contemporary history. She simply should not have to get down on all fours and beg (or whatever) for the respect her achievements have rightfully earned her.
