I'd be very interested to see, in that media bias study, how much more conservative the media would look if they did take Op-Eds into account. Because it seems like most of the conservative mainstays - O'Reilly, Coulter, Hannity, etc., deal in opinions and not facts, and were therefore omitted from the study. So they're basically saying, "if you leave out a bunch of the conservatives, then the media is sooo liberal!" And by " sooo liberal," we mean "to the right of Joe Lieberman."
Tired of Mariah Carey's divalike ways, staffers at a sporting goods shop in Aspen, Colo., that she frequents are apparently quite happy to learn that the singer is looking to move to London.
We have to feel sorry for the poor employees in Aspen. The billionaires are crowding out the millionaires. The employees have no place to live. They spend all their time commuting from Carbondale, and by the time they get to their jobs in town, they're often too tired to do anything more than drink ventis and bitch about their customers. Oh man, try to rent skis on one of those days! You'll end up wishing Mariah Carey was behind the counter instead!!!
But whatever. I'm sure that now the customers of this high end shop know that the employees go to Page Six with their complaints, those customers will find another high end shop to visit in the future.
Let's not forget two things:
A. the Producers has gotten some very bad reviews
B. Nathan Lane has made a career out of being laughed at by straight people.
I guess the media is liberally biased if you just move the center. It's bad enough that moderates like Kerry or Clinton are often called far-left, but putting the center to the right of a right-leaning democratic moderate?
is an attention whore. That is all.
