    For me, nothing beats old Negro spirituals

    It's very inspirational. I pretend I'm out in the fields, singing along, in a perfectly choreographed routine of stoop, pick, stoop, pick, stoop, pick. It makes the time go quickly. Try it, and you'll be hooked.
