I do not know Swedish so I cannot say if the word exists in that language, but I do know German, so in that language it would mean something like "(I) can't be bothered"/"(I) do not feel like it".
It's basically a (colloquial) standard answer if one is asked to do something, but is not in the mood nor has the intention of doing it.
German:
A: "Bring den Müll raus!"
B: "Naa, kein Bock!!"
English:
A: "May I humbly request that you take the rubbish to the curb?"
B: "I am sorry my dear, but I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request."
Have a nice day, and greeting from Germany

"kein Bock" is colloquial German and means more or less "not in the mood" or "don't feel like it".
Not hypnotic - too much noise (dissonance) to be hypnotic.
Not noise - too much repetition though never attaining a say, Kraftwerk level of consistency. Nor repetitive with thematic variation a la Glass.
Interesting but it aint going on my eye-pod.
'kein bock' (lyrics are in german, one of the best languages for angry shouting, unlike swedish, which sounds more like babytalk)
