i can't stand her. she's such an affected narcissist.
I have to say, I was very excited about these podcasts - something to keep my brain active on the bus to work or just to listen to when Teri Gross wasn't on. But these interviews are TERRIBLE. The sound quality is awful and the interviewers leave much to be desired. They ask boring questions, have no authentic follow-up and, when they run out of things to ask they get plain stupid. For example asking Keanue Reeves if he thought Winona Ryder's career suffered because of her shoplifting scandal. Huh? Who cares.
I guess it's my own fault for hoping for Teri Gross and instead getting a watered down JV version of her amazing show.
