Ah but can he do it in Ca. and elsewhere...
[Read the article: An old-fashioned thumpin' in South Carolina]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]No, I do not think Obama can win Ca. For a variety of reasons.
1- Experience
2-He only talks about hope and change with no ideas's on how he will bring this about.
3-Rezco, is like waiting for a bad dream to end but it continues, a bad dream which for Obama is reality unfolding day by day and will be speeding up on February 25, 2008 when Patrick Fitzgerald starts the trial of one of Obama's friends and main contributors to his campaigns for over twenty years!
4-When we hear more about the letters Obama wrote for his friend and Contributor Rezco to help him gain support from the state Obama represented as state Senator. These properties became slum property's with out heat in the dead of winter!
5- Finally when the truth comes out about the purchase of his 1 1/2 million dollar home which was financed with the help of Rezco's wife.
6- What else will come out...

The battle of Literary endorsements....but finally rests with our own decision
[Read the article: The battle of the literary endorsements]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Hello, I personally am very tired of all the politicians and all the writers and actors coming forth to tell us the voters who to vote for, who to give donations to.
Don't they realize it is time for the Men and finally after all these years a Woman campaigning to be our future President,to speak and share their views... so dear God let them speak, voicing their different views and ideas to us and with that knowledge we the voter can decide for ourselves whom we want to lead our Country for the next four years.
There really should be a rule where opinions and ideas are voiced only by those in the race for President.
Many of these spokespeople for the Hillary and Obama mean well but are definitely interfering in our process... In the end what makes Caroline Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, and John Kerry's decision any more valid then my own.
P.S. I did not appreciate my email address being given to the Obama Campaign with out my permission. My address was given to John Kerry when he was running for President in trust, and I felt very violated that it was given away with out any thought of what I wanted ...I regard this as a violation of my trust, my trust in John Kerry.

How close were Barack Obama aand Tony Rezko?
[Read the article: How close were Barack Obama and Tony Rezko?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Terrific article but a few important facts were left out of the article regarding Obama and Rezko.
1- Obama paid $300,000 less for the house, while Rezko's wife paid full price for the house.
2- The owner of the home insisted the house and lot be sold together.
3-Obama made a great deal on the house $300,000 but Retko's wife paid full price for the lot...how come?
4- Almost $200,000 in campaign contrbutions, a great deal of money from somebody you don't know very well!
5-I believe it was over a dozen letters Obama sent to various government organizations on Rezko's behalf. So Rezko could acquire more funding for more properties which later became slum properties in Obama's State Senate District.
6-It is shocking to see how our possible future President never took the time to look at some of his campaign contributers properties(Rezko) I mean gee whiz they were right in his State Senate District. Obama was putting what we hoped was his good name down on the line when he wrote the letters to the various government agencies for Rezko, by the way these were official letters were written as a State Senator! You know official business.
7- Finally, after he decided to run for US Senate, Rezko hosted a large catered event with over 150 people here he brought together some of his very wealthy friends. Rezko then bundled a considerable amount of money for Obama.
Do I believe there's more? You bet I do! As I said this was an interesting article but it left out far to much detail. Details that show Obama really benefited from his friendship with Rezko.
It's disappointing that Obama fell into this friendship,a friendship that truly tarnishes his reputation. I firmly believe it affects him being the next President of the United States.

I don't call Oprah a traitor but....
[Read the article: Don't call Oprah a "traitor"!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Look, Oprah is a hostess to a major television show and ignored having Senator Hillary Clinton on her television show. Doing this created a feeling of disappointment in Oprah. Because of this, I will never watch Oprah again.
Oprah can back any, I mean any person for President, but she is a major figure, a successful woman and I expected more of Oprah. Support Obama but be cordial invite Senator Clinton to be your guest also.
