Whats in a number
[Read the article: The Pentagon's new math on U.S. injuries in Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]If it comes from the White House , the Pentagon,aw, anywhere from the government, dont believe it. The official number of dead counts only soldiers. The civilian armed personnel brought in by "contractors" (read private army) are not included here. Lets be frank if the Bushits would not have started this phony war, any count would be unnecessary.

Sorry, I commented to early
[Read the article: Bush and Cheney's dirty secrets]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Reading the second page it became crystalclear that if you want to make an illegal war, any illegality counts. Who needs more proof that this war was criminal and should be basis of of the prosecution of those criminals in Washington who deceived the American people and created an unprecedented mess for all. And all that it seems on behalf of the Oil business and the likes of Halliburton, who managed to get their boss into the position of Vicepresident to dominate over a certain Dumbya.

Derar Hillary
[Read the article: Hillary, Iraq and the nonadmission admission]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]To err is human, we all made mistakes. It takes courage to admit them. It also takes courage to fulfill the tasks of the presidency. -
Olson
[Read the article: Cheney on the stand, or when a "Washington lawyer" is something more]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It is right to put a president on the stand if he is a democrat. Heaven forbid the same should happen to a repugnican vice president, or should it be a sharpshooting president of vice?
-
Bush knows how
[Read the article: New detainee rules "too little and too late"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]To create more terrorists invade a country that does not tolerate them. Use a local prison for abominable behaviour by your Army and hold people without trial for years. At the same time scoff at international agreements like the Geneva Convention. Sure fire hit, you will have increased their numbers substantially. Bush sure knew how!!!
-
Made in Iran
[Read the article: Iran and Iraq, anonymously]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Yeah right. The Bushits do believe that. The WMDs in Iraq had made in the USA on them in more ways than one. Remember Powell before the UN with the vial of "chemical weapons" talcum powder in it? And then there are the repugnican dinosauric senators who still blame global warming on Dinosaur farts. What a buch, determined to wreck the country completely. Get rid of them all before it is too late. And it all happens in the name of god, whoever he or she is.

Do they want the US?
[Read the article: What Fox News won't tell you]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It should be clear by now: They dont like the American presence. 70 % of Iraqis want to get get rid of the foreign invader. But it should also be clear that the heaviest violence is between Shia and Sunny with the latter being the principal attackers. Iran is a Shia country. I doubt that they would supply weapons to their enemies. That is the perogative of the US; viz the supply of weapons to Osama bin Ladens Mujahadeen in Afghanistan and Saddam Hussein in his war with Iran. And we all know about the lies emanating from the White House in the lead up to the present disaster. Do we really want a repeat with Iran?
-
