While he or she is not present in the testing lab while the A sample is being analyzed, he or she has the right to be present or have an agent representing them during the B test. With the sums of money avaible to winning professionel athletes it is not beyond belief that they may enhance their performance with questionable practices, say drugs. Happens around the world including the US.

Ralph Nader tried it and did not get anywhere, neither did Ross Perrot. So the depency on honesty is all important. Dont count on the neocons on the red side of the spectrum to change.Only a well deserved majority for the opposition in both house and senate can put the bushman in his proper place, preferably jail for deceit and lying.

The volume of the thusly enclosed area was sufficient to contain the total quantity of oil from this tank.Probably just another accident like the killing of women and children, oil and tar covered beaches surely deter hizbollah attacks,and with the prevailing winds and currents there is no chance that this oilslick will reach the beaches of Israel. Well done Ehud, time to appologize and say I'm soooo sorry!
