Unlike you and your inept Administration, he had the class not to say the truth: WTC 1 was Poppy's fault.

It actually was Clinton who invested and strengthened the U.S counterterrorism channels - and it worked. (Unlike Osama bin Laden, everyone of the perpetrators of WTC 1 is rotting behind bars now too.).

Also,worth noting is the GOP Congress fought tooth and nail every last penny Clinton allocated for counter-terrorism in his budgets. (too busy allocating taxpayer funds for panty-sniffing witchhunts and kangaroo court impeachments).

Meanwhile Bush not only rejected Clinton Admin's departing knowledge-transfer and warnings about OBL, but went back to the same old tired coldwar foreign policy his father pursued,appointing cold-water academic Condolizza Rice as National Security Advisor for crying out loud, and ignored warnings from everyone from the Brits and Russians to the FBI and CIA regarding an "imminent al qaida attack on US soil". 2 weeks after that warning Bush went on vacation and came back to give us a "statesman-like" (per Chris Matthews) speech on stem cell policy.

We all know the rest. And how the taxpayers money and the military has been squandered on poorly-strategized ,poorly excecuted "war on terror" which has actually been instrumental in INCREASED world terror acts.
