well rufus doofus you Democratic traitor, glad you're in my fan club
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]And best I can see it's all true.
Now you take your hate and choke on it and go cry in your coffee. You boy is going down big.
I won't be happy about you shoving this loser on the party at all, but I will indeed to be happy to laugh my tail off as hatemongers like you get your own medicine shoved down your throats in an exponential way a historical ignoramus like yourself can't yet fathom.

Anyone who condones Reverend Wright has no room to gripe about race.
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Sorry but it's past time for America to stand up to black hypocrisy. And unfortunately people will. If we're honest we'll admit the majority of the white, asian, hispanic and other non-black voters are disgusted with black racism and the wholesale hypocrisy of their one-sided gripes about race.
Lockstep voting on race is b.s. regardless of who does it.
Attending for 20 years a black liberation church where a supposedly Christian pastor is spewing that sort of unabashed hatred against an entire nation of people who happen to be white is just insane if you are going to suggest you want a civil dialogue on race.
But race wasn't on the plate for this election and hell only knows the country had much much bigger problems and concerns. It's a manufactured issue by the Obama campaign to win the primary with states unwinnable in the general, and then to use as a cheap excuse to justify his loss.
Obama obviously, once again, was just in this for the cash.

Rufus-Doofus - aren't you celebrating a little early?
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]John McCain was the person your Empty Suit had to run against, remember? What you have is your new Ned Lamont and I suspect it's your hate-mongering, vulgar rear-end that is "bitter". Not half so much as you will be in November though I suspect.

@domini
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I don't doubt you're right in some of your points but there couldn't be enough trolls to "stir stuff up" for Obama to get 90-99% of the black vote in the primaries which beyond question gained him the nomination, largely in states Dems have no prayer of winning in November.
They WERE in fact voting on race and it quite clearly was the only thing that mattered to them.
Arguably that is their perogative. It's when they want to project that behavior onto others that it gets stickey.

Brazille is alienating the hispanic vote and that is very dangeous.
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Another thing those of us who are experienced tried to tell you much earlier.
Hispanics are very politically active ; arguably the most politically active constituents. They're growing; fastest growing community in the country - by far. Will surpass whites as the biggest Demographic by 2025.
So what did the dimwitted left wing of the party do? Pander to hatemongers like Brazille and Sharpton, and a constituency that at large doesn't even bother to vote unless one of the candidates happens to be black - which is a behavior which entirely turns off EVERYONE else except for a handful of snot-nosed college kids and sixties leftovers, and rightfully so.

You know what, Joan?
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Let's just cut to the ObamaZombie's top 5 brayed excuses for their stupidity and ultimate failure: (which we'll hear for the next six months anyway)
1. Racism
2. Hillary
3. Rednecks,Hilljacks,Bubba's etc
4. Jews and feminazis
5. Rush
6. Republicans
7. more racism
8. the media
9. space aliens
Meanwhile I'd have liked to have some mention of REAL racism, antisemitism, elitism, K-Street lobbyists and vote manipulation in Lake County.
Not to mention health care, insurance, jobs, deficits, globalization and fair taxation.
So now the left and the usual black demagogues have succesfully degraded a critical election into a finger-pointing (and vulgarity) contest and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory (I still just can't believe it) when Mrs. Clinton would have handily won every Dem leaning state AND the swing states and even some GOP leaning states...
I just can't believe it. I just can't #^#@&$ believe it.
But I'll be damned if I'm going to entertain these buck-toothed idiots and their trumped up bogus charges and non-issues until November when Obama is handed his glaringly obvious defeat.

More hypocrisy.
[Read the article: Can Democrats learn to talk about race?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Oh, I see so now PTG is a "racist" presumably for refusing to say the Emperor who was wearing no clothes wasn't, like everyone else, but basement-iq'd bozo's and masters of vulgarity that were calling me "Shawn White Male" for months on end and engaging in an unending trashing of rural whites, women of any ethnicity, hispanics and especially jews... They all deserve to stay on and continue to bring Salon to it's lowest common denoninator.
My advice:
Enjoy your own little backslapping circle-jerk on Salon. Hell only knows you won't find it anywhere else.
The left truly is it's own worst enemy.

Only problem with your argument, Joan, is the counties.
[Read the article: What should Hillary Clinton do now?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]North Carolina. Solidly black Democratic population. Irrelevant as we all knew he'd get that all along.
Indiana. Large black population in the cities, particularly on border of Chicago (Lake County) - and I know this is going to shock everyone - famous for fraud.
Bloomington. Lafayette. College campus towns.
Did he win a single other county, including those in solidly Democratic southern Indiana - you know the 3 Congressional seats we hold?
No. Not one.
We already knew he won blacks and lefties. IN and NC changed nothing.
