The loyal opposition! Wallowing helplessly in defeat as John McCain begins a candy-store easy victory in a landslide.
Geez, people. You put up an inexperienced super-liberal Again, THE SAME kind America's electoral votes have been telling you they want no part of for at least 30 years. A guy with no experience, running a race-baiting campaign, spewing touch-feely detailless nonsense about "hope" with guitar music. This is exactly what America doesn't want or need now. But you've been doing it so long you don't even know how to stop cutting yourself. You don't know what else to do but run a loser and then whine and cry about the inevitable loss.
The guy didn't vote for "the war" back when he had no skin in it he did a little posturing for the lefties. But he voted for the biggest oil company funding energy bill with Cheney when he did. Noooooooooooo problem. His wife makes millions on an arranged wal-mart project.. nooooooooo problem. Personal friends with domestic terorists, race-baiters and indicated Syrian schisters. Nooooooooooo problem.
Those of us who tried to tell you to stand behind your more moderate candidate you turned on like rabid loons the likes of which I have never seen even in 53 years. You gleefully cheer as millions of voters are attempted to be disenfranchised and screamed for a woman who was winning primary races to "step out". Pathetic.
You are at least as rabid and disgusting and undemocratic as the radical right. AT least.
John McCain and the 3 super-right appointments he will make to the supreme is EXACTLY what you deserve.
think we democrats and pollsters are easily forgetting that this is a PRIMARY contest. Just because certain demographics vote for Clinton over Obama in the primary does not mean they will vote for McCain over Obama in the general election.
The only problem with that, leaving the ugliness of Obama's supporters and the rightful indignation and anger the HRC supporters feel, is that these voters themselves are SAYING they won't. Hispanics have already SAID they hate Obama and will vote for McCain if Hillary isn't the contestant. As have implied CAtholics . With that you may as well forget about anything west of the Mississippi, and obviously NY, NJ and Mass.
Since you want to disenfranchise Florida and Michigan, who likely wouldn't have gone Obama anyway as they're battlegraound states, what does that leave Obama with?
Please do keep reality in mind, largely the states he "won" against Hillary are states that always go GOP.
Therein lies the problem, even if you assume the GOP is done drawing his favorability ratings down to the floor which I can assure ytou they aren't. by the time they're done with the Ayers, Wright and inexperience, Obama won't be able to be able to buy a coke across American without some kid screaming about the terrorist in the store.
So true...but you forget that there are a LOT of Republicans who have voted for Hillary to keep the tension going but will turn around and vote for McCain in the General Election.
And what shred of evidence to you have to support this utter b.s.. Other than Rush Limbaugh's pandering to your stupidity to play a lttle reverse psychology with what he was really doing.
The religious right has been lining up Republicans to switch allegiance to vote for Obama as a spoiler as far back as over a year ago. In Penn, Obama himself, knowing he was going to lose by double digits, went across the state lining up Republicans to vote for him unabashed. And no, these are righties who suddenly decided that the most liberal Senator with racist campaign was suddenly appealing. they were gleeful spoilers.
No, they just helped you shove a loser on us. It's been obvious he's a loser since WRight, if not earlier given his name, his lack of experience and his resko associations.
pardon me for being a "clinton apologist" but I actually wanted to WIN this election and get rid of teh GOP and their rightwing judges, not to hand them all that AND Congress on a silver platter.
Oh, and oh great, looks like those ever-appealing black demagogues are now about to incite another riot over a reasonable court ruling. That ought to help Obama and Wright out real well with regular Americans too.
Maybe God really is a REpublican. Eitehr that or liberal Democrats are stupider than ostriches.
The reason is that people REMEMBER the Clinton's pulling us out of the first pile of deep stuff that the first Bush (and Reagan) left us in and they know HRC is the most likely candidate to do it again.
If you have kids to feed and a mortgage to pay you can only sanely support HRC.
If you're a militant racist black on welfare who has nothing to lose, a latte liberal who thinks the recession can never affect you, that those who it has are all a bunch of dumb redstate hilljacks or you can't see past the Iraq war and your ass and are worried more about al qaida getting a cut on their finger than 15.3 millions falling beneath the poverty line than naturally Barrack Hussein Obama would be your man.
