Any history of improving things for struggling workers? Certainly not in Chicago.
Go away Nobama. Nobody wants you except the nuts and the domestic terrorists who compose your support groups.

Salon, a former bastion of good investigative reporting has become the same sorry propoganda for the nut left as sites like Limbaugh and free republic are for the nut right.
Of course IMO they must have known what was going on. But it wasn't the red meat the nut left wanted. And as I see it Salon survives throwing red meat to the nuts (while advertising for the detested corporations it seems).
I told Salon that they would be held accountable for this horrible defeat the Dems will have now, including the loss of Congress, and everyone should do so.
They were among the first to promote this hot air balloon known as Barrack Obama.

Yes, but these are the same people who won't shop at wal-mart when in fact target's been way worse according to the opinions of the unions.
These are the same people who think the only thing "progressives" do is throw anti-war demonstrations.

Nobama sat in the most hate-filled radical church with a hate-filled pastor that married him and his not-so-proud-to-be American wal-mart pocket-lining greedmonger of a wife. Heck he wouldn't have even been THERE if he hadn't been forced to convert by his wife who understood being a Muslim wasn't good for running for office in the USA>
He could have left Wright's church any time.
I couldn't give a rat's tail about Obama's speeches and neither can anyone else with intact intelligence. When you run for President the only thing that matters is your RECORD.

Leaving your K-street hypocrisy aside a moment, I'm just loving to know how you and the union boys are going to go on "offense" when the entire legisature from top to bottom has been STACKED with rightwing judges to last the rest of our lives and with the REAL unemployment rate likely approaching 15-20%.
But those are details you never have to bother with right, because nobody is going to ask you about 'em on the left or right - both of whom desperately want you to be the nominee.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]There's been no doubt in my mind that the nut left and the hate right would make their usual strange bedfellowships long enough to take the viable Dem candidate down.
If there's a war to be fought in the Dem party it's been fought and the fringe left has won, the same way the fringe right won the GOP.
No viable Dem candidate can get past the fringe left and if they do, the right is easily able to take what's left of them down.
This has gone on for 30 years and the only exception I can find of a Dem that managed to escape this ugly fate is , you guessed it, the Clintons.
Therefore you know the left (and the right) ain't gonna let that happen twice . No chance of that happening any more any more than level-headed swing voters are going to see a a Muslim raised, late-converted to nation hating Christian without any experience become the next president. Rather they'll landslide to John McCain who at least knows how to PRETEND to be a moderate.
Then for what'll be left of the economy and nation in five years, I'd say we all ought to be thinking about second homes elswehere.
Because it's hopeless. The USA is a nation of polarized (mostly uneducated or narrowly educated)fanatics and the center cannot hold.

Years from now, people will look back and write LOOK WHAT HAPPENED to Hilary.
Unlikely. Only because after 8 years of John McCain and a Republican Congress they'll be very unlikely to be able to afford the electricity to type it on.
But that's what the left does to itself, every time. Until now, they've been able to get by with it because the only ones who suffered were the poor blacks, poor hispanics, poor white trash, and who cares about any of them when you can still drink your latte and go to your investment banker or theatre job in San Francisco.
That won't be true this time. a lot of lefties are going to be wondering what hit them over the head with a 4x4 within the next year or two.
And the answer is: their own dumb ass.
