  • On Iraq - and why the lefties ire with HRC makes no sense.

[Read the article: Hillary's race against time]

She was duped into the Iraq vote that you all find so terribly inconvenient; that she was not alone among "Democrats" like Joe "the senator from Tel Aviv" Lieberthing doesn't get her off the hook. She wants her vote back. Cry my a river. Tell that to the two million Iraqi refugees, or the half million dead Iraqis

Let's get something straight. 90% of the Senate voted for that preauth. Including John Edwards, who somehow, never got the ire of the war-protesting lefties for HIS vote.

The lefies argue that HRC (and of course their other fav. whipping boy, JL) *SHOULD* have known that the CIA info was phoney. Which ain't the same as definitively KNOWING.

Well let me present this idea. What if it wasn't ? Mrs. Clinton just happened to represent GROUND ZERO . AKA, the city that had already been attacked twice and on top of the list to be hit again.

In that context her vote was perfectly logical, certainly far more logical than John Edwards who was representing North Carolina, for petesakes!

And yet, inconsitent as it is, the anti-war crowd just decided to zone in and attack our most promising candidate.

It just gets really demoralizing to have to fight the left AND the right. If you're so mad about Iraq you should be doing everything you can to see John McCain defeated, not attacking and dividing our own party. But that would be common sense.

Instead they've divided our own party in two yet again.

Call me a nationalist but I admit I'm far more worried about the next three or five generations of Americans that are going to have a lifetime of high taxes and poverty servicing the debt interest that's been accruing than I am about the Iraqis.

Nonetheless your aping and hooting and armpit scratching really isn't going to get the man in the WH.

Like many long married couples, Mr. and Mrs. Spitzer haven't had a sex life together for many years, but life has its compensations and Mrs. Spitzer knows full well that she and her children will always be well provided for and that she will never have to work for a living, or even do housework.

Her hubby's proclivities are well known to her and she doesn't really care as long as he does not pester her.

Which is why he was shuffling the money around to hide it from her I suppose. You know, the money trail that got him under the hammer. You're a real genius.

As for Silda, with a Harvard Law degree and her own pedigreed credentials I'm somehow of the idea that she probably didn't need a Sugar Daddy. Given her still good looks and financial assets I doubt she'll have a hard time finding a date if she decides to dump him either.

  • Let's see him go first this time.

I think she should refuse unless he goes first. Let's see how he does when he can't regurgitate what she says.

  • Is this about Spitzer? Coulda fooled me.

I thought it was about a bunch of old fat guys too lazy to go to the gym or otherwise make themselves look half-way decent, rail on about how prostitution should be legalized so they can finally get laid.

  • It's called sexually transmitted diseases

Why is serving fake food at low pay to people you care nothing for better than serving fake love at high pay to people you care nothing for?

And it's exactly why so many towns and villages all over Africa and Asia are turning out the lights. Get a clue.

Although I think people who argue that prostitution is harmless are morally and intellectually bankrupt, the fact is that the real reason I'm against it is biological.

It breeds superbugs, misery, astronomical healthcare costs, and often death. In my parents day people had one or maybe three sexual partners in their LIFE. You're really not supposed to have five hundred or five thousand.

Our society is rapidly evolving toward a situation where the bottom third of the IQ bell curve is going to have no marketable assets at all.

Yes, so that's already true. The world is going to have to ask some tough questions about now. Like whether we want to have a world population of 2-3billion people that live like western Europeans and Americans, or whether we want 30-50 billion that live in slums like Sao Paolo and Calcutta.

There's no avoiding this. If we don't face it, the decision will be made for us.

Given the fact that this capitalist nirvana we are so fortunate to inhabit is far more interested in punishment than in assistance, what is this one third of the population going to do to keep body and soul together?

Get an education and have fewer children. Aka, "if you think education is expensive, try ignorance"

No, I'm not suggesting they all become prostitutes

    God, I hope not.

I'm really thinking that Bill Clinton isn't exactly in the same wealth bracket as Murdoch. You better stick to the R side of the isle for your sources domestically and then look in China and India.

Otherwise you come across as being rather silly.

I would suggest at this time Axelrod promptly forget pissing off the entire white and hispanic community and instead start thinking about damage control for all of Obama's affairs and his fights with his wife about it. . It's starting to get uncovered. Finally!

As a Democrat, Mondale was 20 percentage points ahead of Bush Sr. for months, and he lost badly. Republican campaign strategists are very good at what they do. Frankly they've done it all to Hillary before

Of course. That was the whole point of the Republican efforts to enthrone Hussein-Obama, of two Muslim fathers, connections to domestic terorists (albeit remotely but that won't stop them) and loud-mouthed racially charged black church leaders, indicted Syrian slumlords, etc.

They KNOW they can take him down effortlessly once she's out of the way. Always did.

We can only pray that HRC blows him out decisively in Penn. If the 'bama crowd has any sense they'll thank her for it.
