Karl Rove's involvement did not begin nor end here.

He was instrumental in Obama's ascension to the presidential nomination as far back as 2004 when he cleared his (original) opponent out of the way by releasing damaging yet sealed divorce records.

He knew libs would go gaga over a half-black, half-Muslim candidate and that it was near the ONLY way to get Hillary whom they could never win against out of the way. Efforts to get Republicans to register as Dems to vote for him originated as far back as 2.5 years ago - long before Limbaugh pulled his transparent reverse psychology game and before Rove was offering handy advice to Obama. Those who think he was a happy commenter on the sidelines are completely naive. Especially after 2006 Rove had to reaffirm his genius.

In a similar manner he was instrumental in ensuring McCain did get the nomination. He understood that McCain was the only candidate that did not piss off the hispanic vote and that he was essential to reverse the GOP's losing trend in the west.

Now thanks largely to Rove the Republican's one-party nation is finally complete : largely due to liberal incompetence and insisting on hearing what they wanted to hear and absolutely refusing to EVER learn from their mistakes. However underestimating Rove and the GOP despite all history and evidence to the contrary was the left's biggest mistake yet : and it's one that will send the last of the left's wing into the dustbin of history forever.

The only glimmer of a prayer is that Mrs. Clinton runs as an independent with a well thought out partner. And I do mean glimmer.

And that folks, is the way it is.

Nonsense: NONE of my Jewish friends like Obama

The left declared war on Jews since they attacked Joe Lieberman. That was bad news for the Dems, but the way they attacked and offended the Dems best base of all, working women, this time around was even worse.

It's history for Obama. He knows it. The Democrats know it and the Republicans know it. The only ones who can't deal with it are the nut lefty-lefts who once again insisted on shoving a candidate down our throats that has no appeal at all to anyone else except less than 20% of the electorate in concentrated areas.

Way to go. Hope you like McCain's supreme court, lefties.

I think it's a scream!!

In less than two weeks the GOP has entirely destroyed Obama's chances with anyone outside of San Francisco, Hyde Park and Greenwich Village - precisely as those of us who are over 21 and aren't drinking lefty-left koolaide said they would. So much for Nobama's "cross-party appeal" and uniting abilities.

I have to admit I'm going to enjoy my popcorn through all of this. LOL. With any luck the Democratic party will be rid of it's super-liberal albatross after this implosion.

You mean Rove wasn't his friend after all???

Gee, once Hillary was out of the way the big tanks changed direction and fired at the wimpy candidate they knew they could take down in a week.

I'm shocked I tell ye!

"ethics" professor.

Where's Manos

I can't believe it, but I actually miss his posts. Did he get banned or something?

No doubt has shut down all 50 or so of his alias and is back at the RNC. After all, s/he achieved his goal nicely of helping the lefty-left drive the Democrats off a cliff again and nominate a completely unelectable candidate.

Original article: Quote of the Day

speaking of misogyny and baldfaced idiots

Looks like the devil may finally be calling Teddy home.

Perhaps his fate will be to have to sit next to a lake full of scotch that he can't reach.

I blame that prick as much as anyone for this obama debacle and the pending implosion.

yeah- right liberty - so long as you ignore "likely to vote" category and the electoral map

you'll be lucky if he picks up Vermont and Illinois in the end.

He certainly won't pick up a single swing state nor even Dem leaning states like Minnesota and Wisconsin and NJ. Unlikely to even get CA.

Meanwhile the 'pugs will fire the cannons and will ahve at least 35 of 50 states locked up w/o spending a nickel.

The only good thing aobut this sorry debacle is I can moon the vulgar twits like you who thought ramming your snotty arrogant worthless candidate down our throats was wortth more than beating the GOP.

Saturday, May 17, 2008 05:42 AM

How about to GO AWAY and leave the nomination for someone who can actually beat McCain?

From this keyboard to God's ear.

Great, Glenn, really.

Glenn Greenwald offers another egghead Heritage style legal hair-splitting analysis.

Meanwhile millions and millions of Americans are borrowing on their credit cards to pay for food and gas and the misery index approaches that of the Great Depression.

Do you really think anyone besides 50 Salonista professional lefty-lefts has patience for your tripe?

But you've achieved your goal in destroying the candidate that could have beat your cherished Republicans, so drone on.
